This locations sauce bar are does not look fresh. I order on Sunday afternoon when there is no people. I have to say the black bean side is cold and does not taste good. I have reached out to the company customer services and haven’t got any respond on how they resolve the issue.

Terrible food the past couple of times I’ve got my California Buritto from them. The Steak is all burnt, they give me fries that are hard as rocks and Barely any Cheese. My favorite location to go to was Fullerton but Stanton has forever Ruined Rubios’s flavor for me. Never want to come back , especially not after being told I can’t order takeout over the phone ( Due to a new rule). I’ve supported this business for the 10 years I’ve lived here and plenty of times to be told they can’t trust customers to come pick up food. Over rubios. Hope there manager sees this too

I'm very disappointed in their lobster burrito. Do not waste your money it's a huge rip-off. You won't get any lobster, maybe 1 or 2 bite, but mostly, it's filled with rice and beans. I called to complain, but no help offered to make it right. I will never return to Rubios.
We love coconut shrimp. But even restaurants overcook it. The coconut shrimp in our tacos were not overcooked and tasted great. We also loved the chunks of mango in the mango salsa and the fresh-sliced avocado. The people working there were also very nice and kept the condiment bar clean and stocked. Made dining experience very pleasant.

Ordered 4 original fish tacos on flour tortillas and left when I got home to eat those tacos the where corn tortillas not flour what I ordered I left a raiting on the server with my number to call me back with no response if there was a blank star rating that is what I would give thanks again for the non contact
