“The food and service is decent enough and has gotten better over the last couple months, but the staff here still have a bad habit of automatically trying to charge me for the whole combo when all I said was "Ultimate cheeseburger and a medium Coke" and the words "fries" or "combo" never came out of my mouth. Now, the place is a lot better than what it used to be a couple months ago and earlier on. One of my friend’s other friends used to work at this location and they were often posting rants about how much they hate their job and also posting “Minimum wage = Minimum effort” memes on Instagram and it definitely showed. “I love it here and I have never had an issue until today, but that has nothing to do with the staff or the business. This individual pokes me in my arm to get my attention, and I told him that my ears work just fine and if he would like to gain it to speak. Clearly since I was watching something on my phone that it would be understood that my ears were just fine. I didn’t even have headphones in. I called the sheriffs department and they had a firm talk with this individual. This individual was talking all this church and God stuff with people, and when I told him to keep his hands off of me, his true character emerged.“

“A week ago I had a misunderstanding with the type of meat in my burritos I called and they resolved my issue by replacing my burritos. I was about 45 mins away after realizing but they were able to help and I was grateful about the resolution and I came to redeem my burritos they were so fresh and delicious! The staff was friendly and helpful I did feel a bit off redeeming it and I did feel some stares maybe but overall I would recommend! I love this place I have been coming here for years in all the years I’ve only had two times were a mistake happened but it was always resolved or fixed .
