“Got 4 tacos (2 Asada and 2 Mixed Carnitas), each were about $3 ($12.50 total). Ordered at counter, got food almost immediately. Tacos were filled well and easy to pickup and eat. Both kinds had good texture but I liked the flavor on the asada more. Complimentary grilled onions on the side were great, ate most of them in between bites of taco. Tried the 3 green salsas available. The mild green was creamy with slight citrus flavor. The mid green had good citrus punch, not spicy. The yellow-green had great flavor and had good heat, I used small dabs with the creamy green to cool it off. Plenty of seating, clean interior. Overall great experience.“

“We've been to Oaxaca Mexico, and a few restaurants have the flavors from authentic oaxacan food. Here we tried the tlayudas, mole negro, mole Colorado, black beans, rice, and everything is good. They offer hand made tortillas for an extra charge if you like. The staff is friendly and quick serving you. Prices are fair. If you can handle some spicy Mexican food, this is a great place.“

One of the times I also ordered a shrimp cocktail for my lunch the next day, Stop by here… I am sure what ever you order will be delicious! If you go on a weekend, just be prepared to wait b/c this place can get very busy, I definitely will stop by when I am in town again! 🤩“

“Giving these wonderful people 5 stars for staying open late for me as I walked in right before they closed—sorry, I thought you closed later. I went with the Chicha y Frijoles no Queso Papusa which came with a nice slaw and it totally stole the show. The papusa texture was like a fluffy tortilla stuffed with goodies that wrapped around the slaw like a taco. The tenderness of the chicharon and crunch from the slaw plus the comfort from the beans really hit home. This mom and pop shop is quaint, reserved and focused on serving up great flavors with love.“

“This truck was parked outside of Bottle Logic. We thought it was just a regular taco truck, but ended up impressed. The classic tacos were excellent. The best part was the tortillas - soft and thick. They must have been made fresh. The fillings were pretty good and had a good amount of meat. There were many different types of salsas and some had a good amount of spiciness, not overpowering. I am a fan and was pleasantly surprised. Hopefully this truck makes it way to south county.“

“My pregnant wife and I went clubbing to Xalos the day after Halloween and as expected after having a good time dancing we were starving. She’s never been happier I don’t like hot dogs because if I did would would have never gone to eat to this place. She ordered a quesadilla de Hongos she doesn’t eat much but being in her 3rd trimester of pregnancy I’ve never seen her eat that much. She literally devoured that quesadilla now she keeps begging me to take her again soon because she just loved this food. I will have to take a drive and take her fulfill her craving once again before she gives birth 😍 the food was amazing to both of our liking. “Every time I see Common Ground Kitchen post, I get excited because I know it’s going to be good. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The Banh Mi sandwich, Cubanos, tacos, loaded tots—and THE WINGS! Their wing game is on another level.

I also love that they drop a new special every week to keep things fresh and seasonal.

“I don’t even know where to start… this place is seriously next level. From the moment you walk up, the vibe pulls you in. The food smells amazing before you even order, and somehow it tastes even better than you expect.

Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and made with real care. The tacos were perfectly balanced, the seafood was super fresh, and the portions were generous without feeling overdone. You can tell they don’t cut corners here. Every bite felt like it was made to impress.

The service was just as great. Friendly, quick, and welcoming. It felt like they genuinely cared that we had a good experience, not just another order.

Honestly, this might be one of the best spots I’ve been to in a long time. If you’re even thinking about trying it, just go. You won’t regret it. Easy five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I really like this Taco Bell. They're always efficient and accurate. Except, my food ends up being toasted a little too long and ends up a charred. At least it's edible, but 'grilled' and anything involving a grill needs to be worked on. Just pull it off a few seconds sooner.

That said, Taco Bell is still good enough for a lunch. Boxes are still good. Unfortunate for del taco phasing their boxes out. Did prefer that to Taco Bell, but since it's gone, back to what works and isn't broken.“
