Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb. Did i mention, bomb? This is my new favorite taquería, hands down. Got the Pastor queso-taco, and a chicken quesadilla. Yes i know, im an american, cheese on my taco, but these guys killed it. The guacamole, the salsa amazing. Hand made tortilla was incredible, and the pastor, omg the pastor, so juicy and tender. It smelled good but the torta I had was okay. Nothing fancy. Under seasoned meat. Got the carne asada. Plenty of guacamole I won’t lie about that. Tacos are okay. Mullita is slightly better. The cheese was good.

Taqueria el Poblano is a taquería with mixed reviews. Some say it is a bomb, new favorite place, with the Pastor queso-taco and chicken quesadilla being incredible. The guacamole and salsa are amazing, and the handmade tortilla is incredible. The pastor is juicy and tender. The service is quick, with orders placed in 5 minutes and food served in another 5, even when busy. The staff is friendly, and the place is nice and clean. The tortillas are made fresh, and the salsas are freshly made in house. The food portions are good and not stingy. However, other reviews say the meats are bland and seasonless. The Carne Asada was chewy and fatty, and the Birria tasted like roast beef. The torta was okay, nothing fancy, with under seasoned meat. The tacos are okay, but the Mullita is slightly better. The salsa bar can be a little empty. Fair prices, with tacos and drinks for two around $45.
