“I absolutely LOVE this place! It’s kind of a RARE GEM I would say, because it’s hidden off of a smaller residential Street, called standard, and Edinger, which is a main street but it’s tucked in the corner behind the gas station. For many visits, all I ordered were the Birria & queso Birria tacos with their delicious consome.. THEN, I started trying all their other things like the huaraches and more and honestly, their menu is so vast and so many options and everything is delicious. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything to be honest!

And they make homemade Agua Fresca’s and I feel like it’s only a little bit of sugar and they’re so good. You guys can’t get your meal without one!

This is a cool little hole in the wall, but nice hole in the wall just meaning it’s a small restaurant, but they have tables and boots so you can come sit down.. it’s a great date night spot also!

The Papa Doradita Tacos (Fried Potato) are a MUST GET, I've been eating from this family of taco trucks for at least 10 years, my mom loves the Tripa tacos, my friends normally get Cabeza or Buche or the Potato Tacos.“

“I visited Adam's Tacos tonight (formerly Tacos Manuel) to pick up tacos for the family and had a great experience. Adam was very friendly and gave me some recommendations to bring home. We had the carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, cabeza, and lengua tacos. Everything had great flavor - our favorite was the carne asada. We loved the grilled onions! Not sure how they're seasoned, but they were good! Also, the prices were very reasonable. My experience with food trucks has been that they are generally overpriced. Not the case at Adam's Tacos. We fed our family of 5 under $40 which is not very common these days. If you're looking for good tacos in the area, I'd recommend you give this place a shot.“

I also got al pastor and chorizo which was just as yummy! And the horochata they made was sooo unique had a flavor of Carmel but it wasn't! “I have a difficult time finding late night taco trucks since moving down to Orange County, but on my way home from a Punk show, I accidentally passed by this spot and had to flipped a uey. Absolutely worth the questionable traffic violation. My Spanish isn't great but ordered 4 al pastor tacos with the spiciest salsa (roja). Perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and has the classic charred bits for a nice crunch which I love. The salsa roja does not play. I'm Lao/Thai and it's easily a 4/5 spicy, but did not overpower the taste of the tacos. It was missing pineapples for a classic al pastor, but it's okay, it was still great. Finding tacos for under $3 in this economy is rough, but bless the taqueros who keep it affordable and tasty.“

Taco meat is never dry or lacking flavor, salsas are dynamite, and they're tortillas are always crunchy and soft at the same time if that makes sense, if it doesn't, then find out by trying this amazing mobile establishment. I've been here several times and I haven't gotten sick once, and I have a delicate stomach due to ulcers.“

“It's delicious little planets like this that keep me 2 sizes over my ideal waistline. The food is fresh, prepared in an open kitchen, and is really, really fricken good. When I say it's good I mean that the food is a master class in the foundational flavor profiles of Mexican-American cooking. It's like watching Tiger Woods' flawless swing at the Master's, Kobe Bryant under pressure, gracefully sinking a three from way outside, or watching Kelly Slater threading a big, dark, and scary Teahupo'o cavern - It's beautiful.
Ordering in English is an option which is nice because my Spanish es "muy informal" (putting it politely). The staff is courteous and friendly. Do yourself a favor and eat her next time your hungry. Chances are, you'll see me :)!“

“It's a food cart stationed in front of the grand market. I had ordered chicken barito and the taste was good. The young boy spoke fluent English but the person making didn't but both of them were very present. I will do takeout again from them.“

“Stopped by tonight after a gala and enjoyed their quesobirrio pizza, variety of tacos such as pork belly and pastor, and asada waffle fries. Huge portions on the fries and the pizza was probably a average medium. I had the pork belly which was flavorful and delicious. I'm super picky on my pastor, so these weren't my favorite, though they were very good. The waffle fries were wonderfully crispy. My favorite was the pizza. It was crispy, flavorful, and freaking delicious. They're open until 11 pm and when we left there was a decent group of people waiting. The chef said that if there's a line they keep serving. Now, that's dedication. They also own the barber shop, so maybe check that out if you need a cut. I'll be back for sure. The food was on point and their customer service was fantastic. “Stopped by here yesterday with a friend. We were doing a taco challenge and I have to say I was very much surprised with how good the food was here. I've only known of a small handful of spots that offer good tacos but this spot blew me away. To begin with, plenty of parking, ironically next to another competing taco shop. Plenty of seating and easy access to order and seating area. Staff were friendly and professional. The set up is interesting. It's an open ordering spot with seating under a canopied area on the side. On the small interior, there is an area for toppings such as sliced lemon, pickled onions, salsas and utensils and napkins. The menu has a good amount of options as well, not too many and not too few. All in all I was very happy stopping by and I will definitely be returning very soon.“

“I’ve been coming here since I was little. When I am in the area and in the mood for a burrito, el Triunfo is my go to place. The portions are great. All food is flavorful. I love that a combo plate or quesadilla comes with lettuce, and tomato! Add guac 🥑 for an added fee. I’ve had tacos, quesadillas, and lengua burrito 🌯 it’s amazing. Yum. Food has never disappointed me. Highly recommend.

“After 7 years not coming back and the chef still remembers my name ? I have been treated so well by this taco truck since the first day I moved to California. They used to have baja shrimp and baja fish, but now the truck is known for grilled seafood tacos. I highly recommend grilled octopus and shrimp tacos without cheese. The portion is great, people should be satisfied with 3-4 tacos. I will always comeback for them every week!“
