They used to have baja shrimp and baja fish, but now the truck is known for grilled seafood tacos. I highly recommend grilled octopus and shrimp tacos without cheese. “Been coming here for years since i was a little girl where they first began on the corner off civic center & fairview , now located on Bristol & first street behind a shopping center , it’s amazing how i got close to the owner as now knows my husband and I and the lovely ladys as well , they already know us by the usual we always get !! Which are the Street Hot Dogs as we toss in some green salsa and it hits the spot !! Especially homemade avena for the cold weather!! Of course we have tried the rest of the menu and it doesn’t disappoints!!“

“This is one of my favorite taco spots in Santa Ana. The tacos are soo good. Their salsas are delicious.

They have a nice assortment of drinks along with a nice selection of meats. Their meats are well cooked and seasoned so deliciously.

I can only eat chicken and am often disappointed with chicken tacos since they often lack flavor or are cooked poorly but this place is far from a disappointment. I love coming here time and time again.

“We love this place! We come every time we’re in California. I love Mariscos so this place is for me. Their agua chile is delicious, enough shrimp and octopus to fill you up! Not to mention to mention the avacado it is top tier as you can tell in the pictures. We also had the OC tostada it is very good there is no spice on this one which was perfect for our little one. They do have condiments; tapatillo, vanentino etc that you can add. The guy in the truck was super nice, even gave us some stickers. Parking lot is huge and free so plenty of parking.“

Not sure how they're seasoned, but they were good! Also, the prices were very reasonable. My experience with food trucks has been that they are generally overpriced. Not the case at Adam's Tacos. “Definitely a must try came down all the way from Canada and would return again. I had the lengua and Asada taco and both were spectacular very flavourful and the meat melts away in your mouth. To compliment the taco I also got a Elote Asada and I have to say it was the best I’ve ever had, not to mention great prices for what you get no cheaping out on anything.

“I have a difficult time finding late night taco trucks since moving down to Orange County, but on my way home from a Punk show, I accidentally passed by this spot and had to flipped a uey. Absolutely worth the questionable traffic violation. My Spanish isn't great but ordered 4 al pastor tacos with the spiciest salsa (roja). Perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and has the classic charred bits for a nice crunch which I love. The salsa roja does not play. I'm Lao/Thai and it's easily a 4/5 spicy, but did not overpower the taste of the tacos. It was missing pineapples for a classic al pastor, but it's okay, it was still great. Finding tacos for under $3 in this economy is rough, but bless the taqueros who keep it affordable and tasty.“
