“Hope this place takes off. We were looking for something outside the tired and predictable breakfast options and found Bite Club after a bit of online research. Great value for money, especially considering the price of a strip mall diner breakfast these days. I went for the Enforcer and the kimchi/bulgogi/fried egg flavor and texture profile worked perfectly when stuffed in a buttered and griddled brioche slice. The included drizzle-spread sauce was great, but their special hot spread kicked it up a notch. My wife went for the Scrambler, which is mild and creamy with plenty of fresh avocado slices. It’s worth noting that even if you don’t build your own bite, the set menu sandwiches are highly customizable. The front and back of the house folks were personable and really hustled. One note to the chef: give the cheese a chance to melt a bit if you can. Give this joint a try, for sure!“

“What an awesome little restaurant that popped up here. Was looking to try something new and found this amazing little bao spot. The most amazing thing is how they fry these bao. The bottom is hard and crunchy and the top is soft, making a soup filled bao in either seafood, curry or the standard pork. They sell them in quantities of 6 and 2 to 3 is enough to fill me! Highly recommend a quick lunch or dinner here, you won’t be disappointed in the authentic flavors.“

“This place was so elegant! I was surprised to find this gem, located in the corner of a small parking lot. The inside was clean and white, very visually pretty. My friend ordered a coffee, which they're known for. I got the Taro Coco Cloud. My drink was creamy, lightly sweet, and tasted exactly like the name says. It was like drinking taro-flavored foam, with the occasional coconut crisp to chew on for texture. There are probably other places that serve this quality of drink, but I would come back to Findi specifically for the beautiful aesthetic and calm vibe.“

“I couldn’t wait to share our experience at Benchmark restaurant in Santa Ana California. Everything about this place is perfection! It was a hot day, but the beautiful outdoor dining area was cool and breezy underneath the beautiful trees. Our waitress was knowledgeable, wonderfully friendly, and attended to all our needs. Each of us ordered a different item on the menu and I had to taste everything. I had the Spanish omelette, which was delicious, the burger seems like a very popular item understandably because that along with the delicious fries was exceptional. Enchiladas with mole were a wonderful treat, and the French toast was probably the hit of the table. This wonderful brunch dish was not exceptionally sweet, which made it so perfect. Some places just overdo it with the sweetness. We will definitely be going back many times to tryout dinners and more of the selections on all of the menus. I will also be spreading the word because this is probably my favorite place in Orange County now. Thank you Benchmark for a fantastic experience!“

Very nice casual dining place in a shopping center right across from Stater Bros on the corner of Edinger and DiFairview. Love the Chicken Bowl with noodles and a crispy egg roll in the bowl. The vegetables and broth blend so well. The prices are very good. They even offer a Senior Discount. Try this place you will be pleased.“

Shabu Shabu Bar in Santa Ana is an absolute must for me when visiting Orange County. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is lively, clean, and modern, with a great counter setup that makes cooking your own meal fun and engaging.

The broths are rich and flavorful (tons of great options), and the meats are sliced perfectly, fresh, tender, and high quality. The vegetable platter is generous and colorful, the sauces and toppings let you customize every bite, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared. The gyoza were crispy and delicious, and the rice paired perfectly with the meal.

Service is friendly and attentive, even when the place is busy. They make sure you’re comfortable, explain the process if it’s your first time, and keep everything running smoothly.

And the cherry on top, free ice cream at the end! Such a nice touch to finish an already great meal.
