The two times I called the restaurant I got knowledgeable, friendly people who was able to answer my questions right away. The food was ready when I needed it, all extras were included (plates, utensils, etc), and all staff I worked with were pleasant and very helpful - they gave you the sense that they were on top of things and you could trust them to get your order right. “My son loves astronomy. So, for the Labor Day holiday, we opted to get an annual family pass for the Discovery Cube in Santa Ana (the pass also gets you into the Cube in LA). My wife's cousin said that there was a small cafe in the Cube and that the food was good. Well after checking in, my 3 year old decided to let the whole museum know he had to go pee. So after a quick dash to the restroom (behind the cafe) we queued up and studied the menu. The offerings were limited, to be sure, but all healthy or giving the impression of healthy. There was water in a box for the environmentally conscious and no soft drinks/soda for the health conscious. For kids or adults with gluten allergies, they offer gluten free alternatives and for kids like mine, with peanut allergies, they offer sunbutter (sunflower seed butter) and jelly sandwiches. My wife and I got the turkey sandwhiches with aioli spread that came with a small arugula salad and house vinaigrette. In a word, it was surprisingly good. The hibiscus lemonade, on the other hand, was more tart with a bitter aftertaste. The strawberry banana smoothie was more like a Kern's Nectar. We didn't have a chance to order the pizza, but the kid next to us enjoyed it. It will defintely be on our rotation on the next visit. The only complaint I had, and it's because I'm such a carnivore, was for more turkey on the sandwich. I'm used to New York style deli's that pile on the meat, so that's just me. For my wife, the turkey was enough. I did taste it, but I wanted to "eat" it, if that makes sense. On occasion, my wife works at the hospital nearby and I told her with our annual passes, she can come here for a relatively healthy lunch, as long as the parking was available. She liked the sandwich so much, she said she might just do that. And on the odd weekend we come here again, we'll all do that...maybe with an extra slice of turkey, or two?“
“Visited our local farmers market and stopped at this booth. I was impressed to find that they had traveled so far to participate. I'm in Ventura County and they are located in Orange County, quite a drive away in LA traffic. The person at the booth was knowledgeable, patient and friendly, answering all my questions and helping me with my selections. When I got home and tried the food I was thrilled with my choices. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The portions were generous, I served an entire plate and barely made a dent. I hope they keep coming, I don't have many all vegan options without driving more than 30 minutes from home“
“Loved stumbling upon this vegan burger joint, especially with McD’s right across the street it was nice to see a veg competitor. They specialize in Impossible-patty burgers dressed up every way imaginable. The quality is superb, bread is perfectly fluffy, fries are crispy and soft on the inside, sauces taste much more gourmet than typical condiments you’d find. The chicken and fish patties are made with Gardein brand soy-proteins. They are stylized like a fast food joint with kiosk ordering and open seating inside. A burger, side and fries cost $26. If you don’t mind paying a premium for a vegan version of classic burger and fast food, this is a great option!Vegetarian options: All vegan everything“

“This place has amazing vegan food!! My girlfriend and I always stop by whenever we are in the area. The nachos and tacos are our personal favorites! The location is also perfect because right after you finish eating you can explore the little shops around and digest a bit. The staff is also very nice and who doesn’t love that? Highly recommend!“

“The BEST burger, tator tots and most importantly service that I’ve gotten at a fast food drive thru place. The order taker had such kindness in his voice- the compassion and empathy vegans have really brought through his order taking. This was my first time ordering and I had a few questions- he was SO KIND with answering all of them. I ordered a jalapeño burger with no patty- he even asked if I wanted more veggies instead. And my goodness, it was seriously the most flavorful burger I’ve had. Like I’m craving it now! I usually have gone to in n out in the past and get their grilled cheese no cheese, but Nice Burger will be my go to place now. Phenomenal. Great job and keep it up!“
