Kaizen Shabu is honestly such a vibe. First off, the food is AMAZING. The Shabu broth is so flavorful ? I’ve been craving this place so much it’s ridiculous. The servers are also all so friendly and knowledgeable about all the different food / drink choices. The vibe is always really fun as well. I highly recommend this spot!
Thoroughly enjoyed the food here.Got the bone broth and 7 oz Ribeye which is gonna keep me full for the whole day haha. If I had to choose again though, I would go with the combo pork belly + Angus beef. A bit cheaper but would have enjoyed the different flavors more

This was my first shabu shabu experience. The food was so great and the staff prompt and friendly. We had a short wait, not that big of a deal, but the owner came over and said hi after we were seated and apologized with warm sake. Can't wait to come back to California and eat here again.
