“I dont understand why this place doesnt have a line around the building... I've been coming here for a while now. I used to live in Santa Ana, then Paramount, and now Laguna Niguel. Every time I've made the drive because the drinks are AMAZING. For the most part I'm a Thai tea kinda person and the Thai Tea Blossom is ALWAYS on pint and add the Sealt Creme..... its heaven in a cup. The staff has always been good and the art does blow me away, some of these people should be doing comics, manga or cartoons. This place should be on everyone's list if you're into delicious drinks, think I'm kidding?? Again-- I drive from Laguan Niguel to get a drink from here!!!”

“I honestly debated whether to write this review or keep this place to myself — it’s that good. The food is truly unique and absolutely delicious. You can taste the quality in every bite; everything was incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared.
Andrew completely elevated our experience. His energy, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made the night unforgettable. I don’t think I can ever go back to my previous sushi spot after this.
What really stood out was how accommodating they were — I was able to taste an item before they were added to my dish, which has never happened to me before. That level of care is rare.
The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and thoughtfully designed. I’m so glad I discovered this place. Highly, highly recommend.”

“I couldn’t wait to share our experience at Benchmark restaurant in Santa Ana California. Everything about this place is perfection! It was a hot day, but the beautiful outdoor dining area was cool and breezy underneath the beautiful trees. Our waitress was knowledgeable, wonderfully friendly, and attended to all our needs. Each of us ordered a different item on the menu and I had to taste everything. I had the Spanish omelette, which was delicious, the burger seems like a very popular item understandably because that along with the delicious fries was exceptional. Enchiladas with mole were a wonderful treat, and the French toast was probably the hit of the table. This wonderful brunch dish was not exceptionally sweet, which made it so perfect. Some places just overdo it with the sweetness. We will definitely be going back many times to tryout dinners and more of the selections on all of the menus. I will also be spreading the word because this is probably my favorite place in Orange County now. Thank you Benchmark for a fantastic experience!”

“Went on Wednesday night so it wasn't too crowded. Service was great along with the food. They have some good specialty rolls that I enjoyed. They also had some Boba drinks that were fairly tasty. It's a small establishment but I'd recommend checking it out. Good overall experience.”

Stopped in here to have a bite with a friend. Nice dim lighting creates a great ambiance. We were seated relatively quickly. Open seating in this occasion. Alejandro was very attentive to us. Not a long wait for our orders to be taken. They have an exquisite Salmon Salad. Dining area is very clean and organized. Either in-use or prepped for next customer use. Facilities clean and well maintained. Will surely return many times!

“Loosies Pizza isn't obvious because there's no sign on the building itself but if you look for 300. 103 or a sign out in the central walkway, you'll find it quickly enough.
The place is certainly worth a visit for its well baked thin crust pizza. Topping are generous and a good quality. My favorite is the white pizza which is elegant and tasty Although I preferred using a few ample shakes of the garlic salt on the counter to amp up flavor. Four solitary tables sit outside and I must admit that it's not exactly a welcoming café vibe with almost no shade but it's better than nothing or than sitting inside the dark, some might call it creepy, interior. But it's that kind of place edgy/hip. The bathroom Continues to reflect the alternative dark vibe and overall, the place is hip”

Love the family-dining setup where everybody sits at a L-shaped bar looking into the wonder that is the open style chef’s kitchen. The food is expertly inspired and impossibly delectable. Every dinner is different, and the variety keeps you craving more and more. The fantastic wine (and sometimes cocktail) pairing that goes with each 12+ course means you will need to Uber, because there’s no way you are leaving any of the wine in that glass. Trust’s sommelier is top-notch and paired each wine perfectly. The main draw here though is the chance to be regaled by Chef’s explanation of each course. It’s a night filled with irreverent, comedic, and incredible knowledgeable, such that you will come away feeling like you just attended a brash stand-up comedy about culinary genius. Thervice hoever, lacked just a tiny bit. Server didn't ask us if we wanted alcohol, and our dishes were not served all together. That was an awkward 5 minute gap. Lastly, asking us if we wanted more water was not asked, and the taking away of dishes meant i could not nibble on the balance of our queso. she was friendly enough and did bring out our dessert promptly. Definitely want to go back and try more dishes.”

I always get the carne asada burrito customized my way: no guac, no onions, no pico de gallo—just cheese, beans, and carne asada. I add notes to put the salsa on the side (their red or green is awesome, and I like adding it myself) and to cut the burrito in half. Every time through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub, the team gets every detail perfect—no mix-ups, no forgotten requests, and they handle customizations like pros.

“We were in the area, and I was craving for coffee. I found this place with all the great reviews, so I decided to come by. It is located inside a plaza with lots of parking spaces. Parking was easy. They have both outdoor and in door seatings. Menu seems smaller, but still has enough options. I ordered matcha lavender latter and New Orleans cold brew. Both of our drinks were amazing! The cold brew is my favorite cold brew I have ever tried. I am unsure if it has oak milk in it, but it has a slight sweetness in it, which made it good! The matcha was strong, but not bitter, and it has a strong lavender scent, which I love. The only complaint I have is the size of the drinks were too small, and I was unable to enjoy it more. Too bad I left, or else I might go back and get another one. Cashier was friendly, patient, and kind that he explained different drinks to us. Very modern minimalist decorations, and they have magazine available to read in the store. I will come by again if I am in the area.”

“We made a reservation for 6:00 PM on a Friday so we could see the beautiful sunset through the windows. The restaurant wasn’t super busy at the time, so we got our food pretty quickly. We ordered the Miner's Filly filet mignon, slow-roasted prime rib, Chilean sea bass, baby back pork ribs, Miner's loaded fries, and a baked potato. Everything was quite decent. While the French onion soup and clam chowder were delicious, they were a bit too salty for my taste. Portions weren't huge, but they were just right. Our server and the busboys were great and very polite.”

The staff is friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Definitely recommend trying the garlic noodles and the spring rolls they’re a perfect combo.

“My first time here was around spring break and we went on a Friday around 10 am and there was no line, plenty of pastries! Today (Saturday) was my second time, I was worried there would be too many people but as others have said, the line moves at a good pace. It took a min, but I was able to find street parking kinda far away but I don't mind the walk. I went around 10:20 am and by 10:35 I was inside. While waiting they passed out some chocolate panettone samples which was so nice of them! I was able to score everything I planned to buy, my rosemary focaccia, cinnamon croissant, croque moniseur, chocolate croissant and tomato cheese danish! I was so happy they weren't sold out, there was plenty of everything. I'm not a morning person but going around 10-11 am worked out for me. The quality is amazing and the staff is so friendly and attentive. Everything came out to be around almost $70 but I do think its worth it! I just wish they had a parking lot since I do have some driving/parking trouble. Make sure to check out their instagram for status on their lines and goods, they're always updating which is awesome!”
