Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP is a restaurant that offers delicious food and great service, making it a popular spot for various customers, including groups and seniors. The service is awesome, and the place is very very clean, with a relaxing atmosphere, especially during late-night visits. The $7 "deal" includes smaller pancakes, but it's not too bad of a deal, and orange juice now has free refills. Server Don Tony is always happy to serve and has a great attitude, making customers want to return. The food quality is consistent, and the prices are reasonable, though some wish they could be better. The restaurant maintains a high standard, comparable to Denny's, and offers wheelchair accessibility. Although the atmosphere can vary depending on the time of day, the service and food remain consistently good.
