I think this is just a general buffet issue, but a lot of the serving tongs were resting entirely in the food. Not everyones' hands are clean, so I guess this is good for strengthening your immune system.
As for the food, the orange, pepper, and teriyaki chicken were all good. The Tepenyaki beef was a bit tough, but the tepenyaki vegetables were great. The pork buns, Chinese donuts, pot stickers, and spring rolls were all great!

This is a nice fast-food restaurant with an overall style that leans toward Chinese cuisine; the food is decent. I recommend going there with a group.
