Wingstop in Santa Ana

“My daughter and I LOVED our Wingstop experience today 8/14/25 at the Santa Ana, Macarthur Blvd location at 6:45pm. It was our first time ordering at this location. I had just picked my daughter up from her volleyball game and she was famished. A Wingstop near her new school was what she wanted. And she wasn't disappointed.\nWe were greeted and warmly welcomed by Antonio and Dulce. I thought one of them said "Hello, welcome to Wingstop", or something similar. We felt welcomed right away. Both were friendly, while being professional. Antonio was patient with us while we were looking for what my daughter wanted to try and patiently explained to me what the Combo meal included. Dulce then was quick and efficient in having our food prepared. Within minutes, our combo meal came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered.\nWhat stood out most was how friendly the staff at this location was. My daughter commented "they are all so nice here." And they looked like they worked well as a team, staying upbeat and making sure every customer was taken care of. I thought that this location's staff, represented by Antonio and Dulce's responsive and friendly service, aligned and represented well, Wingstop's core values of being "Service-minded" and providing excellent customer experiences. Shoutout to both of them for their great attitudes and excellent service. We'lll definitely be coming back because of this experience and recommending this Wingstop location to the other moms at our school nearby. Oh, and the food, was hot and delicious!“

“Whether its empty or full of people, it is still bigger than others. We live 30miles out and our wing stops are to small over there. We are Bone-in kind of people and this place did great with our lemon pepper/ Habenero/ Buffalo wings. Even crispier than usual. Fries were on point as well. When you have people with more experience cooking back there, it says a lot and we appreciate the cooks 🙏. Where we live, all to young kids cooking so they're not that great food.“

“First time ordering from this location & by far the best order I’ve eaten!

I ordered the garlic parm sandwich with some original hot boneless wings (meal) & oh my gosh I almost ascended. They were delicious, whenever I order for pickup from other locations it’s either too acidic or soggy. My sandwich was perfectly cooked, crunchy & amazing flavor. As for the wings, the taste was amazing, as well as the texture.

The employee working the front was also very nice & sweet and the establishment is very clean.

“Customer service was great! I did not get the name of the cashier but he was the one working on March 23rd 2024 at around 10:00am. Super friendly. Overall location had a great atmosphere and customer service. Food was prepared quick and accurately. Happy to have this location close to home.“
