Wingstop in Long Beach

“This place can get busy. Best to order by using the app or walk-in. I called in 10min ahead as I was driving towards the shop. Was placed on hold and was still on hold when I arrived. Hung up and decided to order in person.

There were four other people ahead of me and one person working the register and manning the phone. As I was waiting in line, five callers were received and placed on hold while the walk-in was taken cared of.

This is first time I’ve experienced this at this particular shop. It’s not a knock against the workers. They were doing the best they can at this moment.

This is for the customers, including myself, best to order by using the app. Other than that, the workers are cool, friendly, and I enjoy their wings above others.“

“The staff were friendly and greeted everyone upon arrival. Wait time was low. And the food was good Ive gone to other locations where they have oil puddles in the plates and was super happy the staff takes care to serve the food properly for their customers definitely one of the locations I recommend stopping by.“

“OK we had great food service and clean store but we ordered ahead pre-paid in advance but they told us bcz some ppl don't pick them up they don't make them until we arrive. Us" BUT THE WINGS ARE PAID FOR BEFORE" Them " but we don't want to throw them away" US " but their paid for make them " this went on for 10min by phone. Bless the workers heart. We finally worked out that they would fry up our wings but not sauce them until we got there. Note to Wingstop, NOT A SINGLE WING WAS THROWN AWAY LoL.“

“I had the pleasure of meeting Alan C. I will keep his last name private. He has excellent customer service. It was going on closing time and he still gave the up most greetings and customer service. On down time he was wiping down the tables and re stocking the beverage bar. It was truly great to run into someone like him. I hope nothing the abundance and the best, as well I hope he goes far in the company. Great job Alan! I live across the street so yes I come often!“

“I had an issue with an online order, and these guys easily remedied my concerns and got me the food I wanted.

There was extra sauce with both wing flavors, yet the wings were still crispy when I got home!

Seasoned fries were also crispy, cheese sauce hot. I’m very happy with this location.“

Ashley at Redondo is always super efficient and friendly, both when I’m picking up personal orders and when I’m doing delivery order pick ups.
