“I'm from the mountains of northern New York state and was working in Santa Ana for about two months. I ended up stopping at Papercup Coffee all the time, and it quickly became my go-to spot.

The coffee was always great, but the baklava... wow. I don't usually rave about pastries, but I had to get a piece almost every time I came in. I still think about it.

In addition to the location being right in the center of town and the atmosphere being cozy and inviting, the owner is what really makes this place stand out! She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and she actually took the time to get to know people that come in and get a coffee. Being away from home for work can get old, but hanging out there made Santa Ana feel a little more familiar.

Already looking forward to my next work trip so I can come back for another coffee (and definitely more baklava). If you're anywhere near Santa Ana, this place is 100% worth checking out.“

“This cute little cafe is such a vibe, it’s located in the corner of a little street at the end of Downtown Santa Ana where you can just sit outside by a shady tree and take in the ambience while enjoying one of their many delicious drinks, paired off with a warm baked treat! BUT what really got me and keeps me coming back again is their amazing barista Jehieli, she always greats her customers with such a genuine smile and her soft spoken attitude adds to the gentle atmosphere of the place. “Andrew and Victoria took good care of me. They are really hard working, professional, and nice to all customers. The coffee and other drinks were made with love and delicious flavors. I also had the chance to meet the owner towards the later afternoon hours. His name is Mr. Henry. He is an accomplished businessman and operates this location with his daughter. It is obvious how much he loves her and respects her intelligence. I wish everyone who I met continued health and positivity.“

“Wow! What a wonderful brunch. I saw reviews online and picked the restaurant based on that. Otherwise, if driving by, I would have never picked it.

I had the prosciutto and cucumber toast. Normally I'm a straight French toast or pancake person. The toast was phenomenal.

If you haven't been...I highly recommend them.“

“I used to buy matcha lattes from here everyday before work until I moved away. They definitely have solid drinks! When I visited the area again, I decided to mix it up and buy a matcha strawberry yakult latte. I probably wouldn't ever get it again; the strawberry yakult was nauseatingly sweet and overwhelming. I would stick to their classic matcha latte. My husband bought the caramel tiramisu hojicha latte which I tried. It had a nutty flavor which was balanced by the sweetness of the caramel.

In terms of the ambience, the interior is trendy and minimalist. The line can get very long, so I would suggest ordering for pickup if you're in a rush. Parking can be difficult sometimes too, so you might have to park curbside a couple of minutes away.“

“Was in the air I was looking for a donut spot. When I got to this spot in particular, I came in and I saw they were selling burritos. For under $10 you could get the best breakfast burrito you could find. This burrito is so good. The customer service was amazing. The lady and the man in the front were super cool and nice. 10 out of 10 would come back for another breakfast burrito. And if you’re wondering what it was, it was the sausage.“

“Food portion and quality was good. New cashier didn't explain that there was an upcharge for choosing panini bread for my sandwich. Posted menu price didn't match what they charged me, there was a 35 cent difference. Service was fast and friendly. Manager apologized for poorly trained cashier and pricing issue. I will come back again.“

“Came here while running errands. Haven't been to this area in a little while, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a coffee shop. Space is a little empty, but considering the place is pretty new I don't blame them.

We got the cherry mocha and the cookie butter latte. The cookie butter latte was the favorite. It was very rich and sweety, but not overly so. The cherry mocha was also pretty good, it had a stronger cherry taste towards the end.

Definitely a place worth visiting and I am interested in seeing how well they do in this area!“

“How does this place not have a higher rating? I’ve tried a bunch of coffee places in this area and they have all left me feeling a bit unsatisfied. The coffee here is amazing! You don’t need to add a bunch of sweeteners or syrups. It’s balanced, easy on the stomach, yet packs a solid punch. The coffee is high quality and will be the only place I go to from now on.“

“Came in around midnight. Not busy at all and plenty of parking. Had been to another Yum Yum with no French crullers, but they had them at this location! Yum yum makes the absolute best crullers. This location was no exception. So light and fluffy, just delicious. Highly recommended. Will be returningApril 2023“

“Found it easy. Had the Shaken Espresso, lighter cinnamon, (over ice) it was Great!! Business meeting client had the matcha, said it was good.

For a business meeting, I liked it because it was not overly crowded.

Only reason I knocked it down a star was parking is pretty rough and they didn't have Decaf available which I need.

I tried the Churro Latte and it was awesome! The price tag is a bit higher than other shops so may not be back too frequently but I will be back!“

“These are our favorite donuts! They make them right on the spot for you. It’s so cool watching them get fried and then dipped, glazed, and sprinkled right in front of you. Flavors are always light and delicious. They were very helpful in guiding us what to get.

We got a free scoop of decadently rich chocolate ice cream. They have some really cute rubber duckies as well and some Duck Donut’s gear.“

“Oh man, this donut shop is an absolute gem! Stopped by this morning and was blown away by the fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth donuts--every bite was pure bliss. I've had every donut and let me tell you, nostalgic and brings you back to childhood memory lane that just hit all the right spots. The staff was super friendly, hooked me up with a fresh batch, and the vibe in there is so cozy and welcoming. The smoothies are on point too! Honestly, I'm already craving my next visit. Five stars, hands down!

“This is actually the first ghost kitchen I've ever been to! The storefront is cute, but it's located right behind what seems like a warehouse/trucking base so it's a bit difficult to find and has a slight asphalt smell outside the store.

The drinks took a while, but we also placed a relatively big order. The interior of the store was pretty cute and had ac!

We got their matcha einspanners for their BOGO promo ending tomorrow, and they were pretty good! I think they use oat milk instead of whole milk since it had a thicker consistency and a slight nutty aftertaste.

Overall a super fun experience, and I can see this being a fun place to take someone who's never been to a ghost kitchen or doesn't like ordering with people 😝“
