I am usually overwhelmed by having to pick something at a new coffee spot. This is a true gem of a place and the coffee was DELICIOUS! “Really good coffee and I'm happy with the service. I tried placing an online order through Clover to try the El Catrin. It was delicious. It's a really cute spot, and the barisitas were friendly. I placed a few strange adjustments to my drink and the barista checked in with me to see if it tasted how I wanted.

Parking in this area is confusing but the best spot would to try the parking garage right next to Cafe Cito on 3rd and birch. Be careful though, as it looks like there's signs for parking where only the first hour are free. They have a seasonal menu that I'd love to check out in another visit. There was an upstairs area with limited outlets (like no more than 4) if you need to do some work or studying.“

“The only reason the atmosphere got 4/5, was bc it is not big enough, lol. I wish there was more room, I would have invited my entire cohort of colleagues from work. 1.) Cold brew - super yummy, not bitter at all, which is a plus. 2.) Watermelon donut w/ sprinkles - I got this for my kiddo, and she is quite picky at times, but she adored this.“

“Big fan of this location! I usually go through the drive thru, cuz they're fast as heck, but I had extra time today so I went inside. The young lady at the register was Maribelle and she was one of the friendliest people I've ever met. And as always, the coffee was amazing.“

“Fresh-baked pastries with some really creative flavors. The blue corn sourdough is a must-try, the gochujang onion croissant roll and ube cruffin were also excellent. Coffee and matcha were great too.

The shared courtyard seating have a nice, relaxed vibe for a late breakfast. Just note they’re closed Monday–Wednesday.“

“Quite a nice and great place but at an odd location (wouldn’t think it would be here at all). Drove by and saw this quite stuck in street traffic. Decided to go in and get some stro by slap in the face caffeinated, VNese style. Been to their other couple location throughout CA and really enjoyed their decoration and the layout. Clean, spacious and clean cut space with both indoor and outside seating. Staff is nice and friendly. They do have big selections so I have to read abit before I picked. Quick turnaround (since not much folk here). Drink is great, strong and deep, just how I like it…..I went for pandan espresso so it is very strong for sure. Really enjoyed it overall.“

“This is a smaller location with only a few seats indoors. I liked the asthetic, which was bright, airy, and modern with large windows. I orderd the Rice and Beans and it was prepared perfectly. The employees were kind and welcoming, the store was clean, and I would gladly return.“

“This is the best coffee I've ever had. Don't let the lack of fancy italian machines fool you. Mimi brews a custom blend of beans she makes herself, and for someone that normally takes coffee with sugar - I don't need any of that stuff here.

If you are sitting in the court house thinking about what to do with your lunch break on Jury Duty - don't waste your time in line on the third floor. You'll spend just as much over here for faster service and healthier food - with more options! Her sandwiches are not sad one's prepacked with no fresh lettuce and tomato. You won't regret it!

“Came here while running errands. Haven't been to this area in a little while, so I was pleasantly surprised to see a coffee shop. Space is a little empty, but considering the place is pretty new I don't blame them.

We got the cherry mocha and the cookie butter latte. The cookie butter latte was the favorite. It was very rich and sweety, but not overly so. The cherry mocha was also pretty good, it had a stronger cherry taste towards the end.

Definitely a place worth visiting and I am interested in seeing how well they do in this area!“

“Santa Ana has some great coffee places and this is one of them. They appear to be working on a brick and mortar shop but working out of a truck currently--still producing a great drink. I tried the Churro Latte and it was awesome! The price tag is a bit higher than other shops so may not be back too frequently but I will be back!“

Couple cars ahead but go fast. Staff is nice and friendly. Drink is refreshing and cool, perfect for a hot Saturday noon. Plenty of parking and from the look from the outside, big and spacious place with light snacks. Enjoyed the visited at this location.“

“Oh man, this donut shop is an absolute gem! Stopped by this morning and was blown away by the fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth donuts--every bite was pure bliss. I've had every donut and let me tell you, nostalgic and brings you back to childhood memory lane that just hit all the right spots. The staff was super friendly, hooked me up with a fresh batch, and the vibe in there is so cozy and welcoming. The smoothies are on point too! Honestly, I'm already craving my next visit. Five stars, hands down!

“Came in around midnight. Not busy at all and plenty of parking. Had been to another Yum Yum with no French crullers, but they had them at this location! Yum yum makes the absolute best crullers. This location was no exception. So light and fluffy, just delicious. Highly recommended. Will be returningApril 2023“

“This is actually the first ghost kitchen I've ever been to! The storefront is cute, but it's located right behind what seems like a warehouse/trucking base so it's a bit difficult to find and has a slight asphalt smell outside the store.

The drinks took a while, but we also placed a relatively big order. The interior of the store was pretty cute and had ac!

We got their matcha einspanners for their BOGO promo ending tomorrow, and they were pretty good! I think they use oat milk instead of whole milk since it had a thicker consistency and a slight nutty aftertaste.

Overall a super fun experience, and I can see this being a fun place to take someone who's never been to a ghost kitchen or doesn't like ordering with people 😝“
