“The food here is incredible, and they're not kidding when they say they make everything from scratch. Their menu is a combination of classic American with a bit if Asian fusion. The open concept of the restaurant allows anybody to watch their meals be prepared, which further fuels the concept of utmost transparency. My boyfriend and I have been coming semi regularly and the food quality has always been incredibly high. The staff are kind and accommodating and the owner is very sweet. It's obvious that they really care about what they do. During peak hours service can drag a little, but the servers are also often preparing drinks as well and the food more than makes up for the wait. The atmosphere is relaxed and trendy, and the type of place I'd love to bring friends to.“

“Solid coffee shop, attached to a space with a collection of select/apparel shops which makes it a fun stop whenever you're around.I had the basic latte and dirty vanilla chai, hot, hich were both tasty. I was impressed with the latte for their strong fruity taste; I don't have coffee that distinct in character often, so it was a fun drink that made me want to try their drip next time. The dirty vanilla chai was a fairly standard vanilla chai, solid.Sitting room inside is a bit limited, though there's some standing tabling outside, and the line was a little slow though the service was good.Def will come back and would recommend.“

“A donut shop is not just a donut shop! YES Donuts puts donuts on the map for me. Their donuts are fresh and fluffy and glazed just perfectly. Finger licking good donuts! Besides their awesome donuts, they offer a variety of breakfast and lunch bites. I absolutely love their breakfast burritos. And when I'm not in the mood for a burrito, they met me in the middle and were able to make me a breakfast bowl! All the goodies without the flour tortilla. Don't skip on the salsa, because it's really good! Oh and the portions, let's just say, you won't get shorted. My kids love their ham & cheese croissants. They also love their boba drinks. They have an awesome Thai Tea and Milk Tea. My husband loves their lox bagels for three reasons: damn good, generous portion, fresh! Their breakfast sandwiches are also pretty awesome! I've even had their breadless tuna/egg salad sandwich, all that delicious protein thrown on a bed of spinach. If I haven't sold you yet, not only do they offer great food, but their customer service is over the top. They know every one by name! Try it !!!!“

“So I parked on the wrong side when I got here so heads up, you definitely want to park on the corner where you can see the coffee shop out front. Entering the coffee shop it looks like a sort of more industrial feels like very office people vibes so I think it's a great place to get work done. They have plugs and even booths that are enclosed for getting work done. Loved how welcoming Diane was. She asked me many questions to figure out what kind of drink that I might appreciate and she recommended a lavender vanilla cold cream on top of drip, which I loved and ended up getting some coffee beans as well. Overall, it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back for more coffee beans. I also love that they gave me a free, drip coffee with my local organic coffee beans!“

“Tucked away in an apartment complex (Broadstone Arden) is a little modern coffee shop that has now won my patronage. Everything about this place screams what commoners do at Starbucks, but at a much better clip.First you know they mean business because they have their own beans. Like most spots they'll have a light, medium, and dark roast. My friend did a pour over (Market Price) of their medium roast. Slight acidic, fruity ending, light and crisp. Delicious.I got the Spanish Coffee which has condensed milk, whole milk, and cinnamon. Very light and delicious. We both got the blonde ale, and I love a good beer for breakfast. They've got craft beers for sale, and a couple of them on tap.Everyone working was super nice, easy to ask for the WiFi password, and it quickly got busy inside after 10am on a Friday. So if you need a dedicated spot to churn out your next screen play, compile your next DJ Set, or catch up with friends (All was happening here while me and my friend sat) then come early!“

“Why isn't there more locations!? This place is a 5 stars all around! They have consistent drinks and a wide menu to different likings. A lot of tea bobba places are inflexible with drinks or their sweetness levels are way too high. Their sesame beverage is good, strong sesame with mild ginger notes. Good Vietnamese coffee that can be ordered with no condensed milk. Their boba is soft and chewy. Their teas are freshly brewed. I don't really see powders and syrups here like other places. Even if I don't want tea or bobba I know I can go here for an iced coffee with plant based milk and some bobba. The staff are friendly and welcoming! Thanks for always being flexible. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Clean and spacious. Parking around the corner in structure or in meters, although meters can be scarce during the weekend! Do recommend!“

“My mom worked at Santa Ana College where this cart is located. She LOVED her coffee. When the time came to plan her Celebration of Life, an event which we planned at the College, we knew we needed to get a coffee cart there to serve her favorite coffee beverages. Scott, the owner, was extremely polite, professional and pleasant to deal with, and also extremely sensitive to the nature of the event, which I really appreciated. The cart served 150++ people at our event. I heard RAVE reviews about the "best ice blended drinks" people had ever had. The barista was polite, worked extremely hard even in sweltering weather, came early to set up and stayed late for the last few people to get their drinks. I highly recommend The Drip for your private events, and I've heard from lots of friends that are planning to stop by the college just to get another ice blended coffee drink. “Good basic donuts for a dollar. Once in a while I get charged a little more--I'm guessing I bought a filled one. It's my go-to donut place. Cheap, fast, easy. I have not seen an apple fritter here. But old fashioned, bars, small rounds with sprinkles on top are all well represented. I haven't seen the ham and cheese item available the other reviewers report is so good. If the shelves are empty, it's worthwhile to call out and see if they're about to bring out more. Some of the help is more cheerful than others. The older lady is especially nice. Seem to be a lot of different people working here for such a small place. Some too are better at English than others. When I first came, I asked how late they were open. She said 4 pm. Maybe we misunderstood each other. It looks more like they shut down at noon. Nothing fancy. Highly recommended.“
