“I have been to many Bun Bo Hue restaurants in OC and I must say Hue Kitchen stands out on top for me. For those who look for a bowl of bun bo that resembles home cook then this place is worth a try. The bun bo here is not oily, the meats are flavorful, and the noodles have the perfect softness & bounce to them. I like that the broth isn't spicy and customers can adjust the spiciness on their own through the sate sauce on the table. It's no wonder I see so many families bring their small kids here to eat. Another thing I really like is they cut up the pork hock in slices which makes it so much easier to eat! I know it's traditional to have the pork hock in a big chunk but to me it's a hassle to eat. The service here is always nice. I've never had any problems with the staff.“
“A hidden but cute little store! I've tried the one in Orange before but glad they open one here as well. Been coming to this location ever since they opened. We'll visit every now and then whenever I crave popcorn chicken & their peach & lychee green tea! Highly recommended! The only con for me is the price. They're pretty expensive and if you comes in with a hungry stomach then be prepared to empty out your wallet, which was exactly what happened to me many times in the past!“
“Exceptional Taste!!! Delicious taste and feels healthy to eat too!I ordered mì đặc biệt, which is the traditional egg noodle soup + salted vietnamese coffee.Fresh veggies and so many unique/yummy flavors. The broth was so impressive too.Highly recommend!!“
“About 10 of south Vietnam country-style dishes on the menu. Bun nuoc leo had a light sweet umani flavor, prob msg ;-) bun rieu broth (prob of chicken n pork) was well flavored with hints of seafood n tomato, def different than other surrounding restaurants. Worth a “

“4.5/5 starsWow I must say I’m impressed! This place is completely worth the hype. We got the Newport Special lobster ($35/pound), mussels, and Chinese broccoli. The lobster was phenomenal! It was insanely tender, and there were large lobster pieces. The sauce wasn’t as good as other places, but it was still yummy. The mussels were pretty good, but not as fresh/tender. The Chinese broccoli had a little too much oyster sauceI have to say this place probably provides one of best services I’ve ever experienced at an Asian restaurant! The staff was so nice and very quick. They give you plates for the shells, and they clear out the plates very quickly. They refilled the water quickly, and they also boxed our leftovers for us. The check came at the end of the meal at lightening speed.“
“Our experience was great. The pho was very tasty their tendents were big and soft also the broth was one of the best I've tasted in a long time. We also got a few appetizers they were delicious.Especially appetizers A5 A6 A7 they did not disappoint.“
“We came here specifically for the Banh Mi Bo Ne (Vietnamese sizzling beef steak). It was amazing!! The flavor of the sauce was perfect. The meat was nice and tender. The eggs were cooked perfectly. This is probably one of the best beef steaks I've had outside of Vietnam. Ive been dreaming of having this meal again. We also ordered the fried rice, cake and egg. It was also good but I wish we had order two of the beef steak instead. If you come here you MUST order the beef steak!!The service was nice and friendly. My wife's side of the family is Vietnamese and they were talking to them in Vietnamese. The inside of the restaurant is very nice, lots of plants, clean and lots of seating. I'll 100% be back next time I'm in time in town.“
“This place is very nice in terms of the amount of tv's, tables, architecture and girls. I come to study, watch a game and/or order food since its in such nice plaza with lots of restaurants such as Tastea, KFC, Chipotle, McDonalds. Girls are very friendly and customer-service oriented too.“
“Great Vietnamese and Chinese food. I had vegetarian tofu pan fried soft white rice noodle. Be sure to ask them not to put too much salt nor soy sauce.Buddy had pan fried crispy wheat noodles with beef - both are Chinese food.Good low prices .Interesting Mexican music.Pretty and polite Happy waitress.Vegetarian options: Order with tofu options“
“I made an unscheduled visit here and was very happy with the food. Pho broth was nice and hot with a meaty taste.I ordered #1 combination for $13.50 I think and it was enough to get me full. Thai tea is also good and wasn't overly sweet like some places. Perfect small meal today.Total was $20.70 for Large #1 combination pho & Thai Tea. I would come back for a meal“
“This is one of Vietnamese restaurant that is open until midnight. The food size is big with reasonable price. The staffs are ok.. perhaps greeting with smile will get them a bigger tips. The place is clean and unique. Overall, it is a good experience and thank you.“
“The pho here is pretty good, not anything super spectacular - I ordered vegetarian pho in attempt to be healthy and it was mostly bok Choy for vegetables. We came on a Saturday evening for dinner time and it was fairly empty just us and another customer seated. Service was quick. The beef garlic noodle was good, a bit on the greasy side but beef was tender and free tea! Winter melon tea was delicious. No free dessert anymore! I didn't like that the lighting inside at night it was cool fluorescent lights didn't feel very warm or homey.“
