“The food is amazing, portions are large, and prices are very fair. The $16.95 short rib pho comes with two huge short rib bones and unlimited noodles! Such a good deal. My favorite was honestly the lomo saltado, the fries were so crisp and the filet was so tender with a delicious, smoky wok fire flavor. The spring crunch slaw is a steal at $6.95, it’s a ton of slaw for such a cheap price and the peanut butter/chili oil dressing is bomb. It was pretty busy when I went, but they brought out the food amazingly fast for how big of a group was seated ahead of me. Definitely recommend this spot.“

“My sisters and I came to this restaurant, and they were playing the news. We didn't feel like being bummed by the news, so we asked if the restaurant minded if they could change the channel. The staff gave us the remote and let us change the channel ourselves! I really really appreciated that. We have come back many times since! Out of all the bánh cuốn places we've had in OC, theirs is closest to authentic Hanoi bánh cuốn. It's not perfect but it's close! Thank you again!“

“Yummy pho! Super clean restaurant and great service. I have tried both the chicken pho and the beef pho. Chicken pho is so good especially with the fried donut. I like getting dark meat only. Their garlic fish sauce pairs so nicely with it. For the beef pho, they only have it with the rare steak but the broth is so good and flavorful. Highly recommend!“

“Best pho I ever tasted. I always get all the meat, tendon, and tripe and the portions were generous. The gau (fatty brisket) was especially amazing. Broth is great, service fast, just overall incredible. I came twice with my kids during our 3-day vacation. Next to In-n-Out, it's our only must-do when in SoCal. Never mind if there is a line or parking limited- it moves fast and is worth any wait.“

I ordered the three roll special. I had the shrimp, pork sausage, and bulgogi beef. The shrimp roll was as expected, light, fresh, and tasty. The sausage was the best. It had the best flavor and really stood out. The beef was dry, okay flavor-wise, but oh so dry. Each roll had lettuce, shredded carrot, cilantro, cucumbers, mint, and garlic chives. These added crunch, texture, and a freshness that really was nice.

So I placed an order over the phone , from the appetizer I got the trio appetizer that came with 2spring rolls, 3 fried egg rolls, and 3 breaded shrimps. I arrived and they had my order waiting for me, it was during lunch time on a Thursday. The place was busy that’s a good sign. I had also asked if they had pho broth when I called and they mentioned they did and cost 6$. To my surprise at pick up they said they complementary a small broth for free so I can try. I’m not sure if the other items sell out before opening or if they simply rotate what’s being made, but it was a bit disappointing since I drove over an hour hoping to try more of the menu. That said, the #1 and #9 were absolutely delicious—full of flavor and well worth the trip. I just wish I had the chance to sample the rest of what they offer. UPDATE - 04/19/26 I went very early this morning and they said they only had #1 #8 & #9 available but have the whole menu outside. The service was very prompt, friendly and helpful - the server understood my not liking overly sweet drinks and recommended the cucumber lemonade as refreshing while still having sweetness. It was, indeed, refreshing and sweet - perfectly balanced flavors. The server also wisely suggested we package the noodles and broth of our leftovers seperately. Nice balance of herbal and meaty taste, with slightly fatty mouth feel, and hot enough to cook my bean sprouts. 👍 They also let me order the kid-sized pho with whichever meat I wanted (combo style), which I really appreciated on my diet. “Came for dinner. It's a very big and spacious restaurant. Service was as expected at a casual dining establishment. If you need anything, just wave them down and they will come. Ordered the stone pho with short ribs and sizzling steak & eggs (Bo Ne). The food came out very quickly. The bo ne came with a side salad with light vinaigrette. I liked the salad. The bo ne was overly seasoned but tasty. Definitely need to eat with the baguette that came with it. Be careful, the pate on the plate is very strong too. I'm used to a lighter taste of pate so did not eat it but overall it was very good. The stone pho was very good. Short ribs were very tender and they gave me 2 large ribs for my order! Awesome! Just be careful the stone bowl is very hot and it lasts for a long time. Even after our meal was over the stone was still warm to the touch. I like my pho hot so this was perfect.“

“After visiting the OC/LA area, we're on the way back to the Bay Area, we wanted to have some lunch before we go. Some of the restaurant closed on Monday, one our friends recommended this place for real excellent egg noodles soups, so we stopped by, it's right next to PLT the big VN shopping center.
There's no parking for this restaurant, the whole block has a few parking spots and there's parking on the PLT but always full. We had to park outside on a different shopping center.
The restaurant is small and simple, clean. The owner or the care taker seems to be extremely friendly and attentive sitting us on a table.
The menu has quite a few dishes, but we're concentrating on egg noodle soup for lunch so we ordered the special bowl of rice noodles instead of egg noodles. It's quite good, quite tasty with chinese crispy donuts.
We had a great lunch and the price is extremely inexpensive. Ready to drive home.“

Its located on Magnolia near La Palma Ave same center as Popeyes.

Its a mom and pop operation and the food seems home cooked.
