The sturgeon hot pot is especially delicious — rich, fresh, and full of flavor. The food lives up to its seafood hype, with lots of variety and options. Recommended dishes include the lobster noodles, king scallops, garlic butter queen clams, steam clam soup, crispy noodles with veggies and beef, hot pot Thai with seafood, shaken beef rice, and passion fruit drink. The papaya salad is very refreshing, and the hotpot with filet mignon beef, shrimp, and squid is great with a savory broth. Every dish has been good. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is warm, inviting, lively, and loud but still clear enough to hear each other talk. There is even complimentary dessert. Service is always good, though there is often a long wait. The price is good for what you get. The restaurant uses disposable plastic cups, which is not green for the earth. Remember to get in line earlier before heading out.
