I give them four stars in the food category, because the food was so good, that I wanted more options. In particular, the buffalo wings are cooked damn near to perfection. It sucks that my only true option is lemon pepper. I think if they would give us buffalo wings and the people got to taste them, they could grab some of that market locally.

The food was delicious! The service was great as well. There was no wait time. The restaurant was very clean. It was a little hot inside but everything else was amazing. I would definitely come again.

Based on the reviews, Pho Kuroushi serves great pho with a good beef selection, including rare cuts. The rich, flavorful broth is enticing due to the sweetness and scent of the boiling meat and bones. The Big Wagyu Rib Pho is prepared authentically with a delicate flavor. The food, service, and atmosphere work together harmoniously. Everything is prepared with love using fresh ingredients, so the fries, shrimp, and chicken wings keep their original flavor. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and tidy. A downside is that when ordering to go, they are skimpy on the meat side, even with a large size, and it does not come with any dip sauce.
