Looking for Vietnamese udon, banh canh, come to this restaurant.The whole 2 pages of menu us all banh canh. If you don't like banh canh udon noodles, get their mien vermicelli instead. I did. Both are good.
Didn't remember how many times we have been to this place. Each time they ordered a different bowl of Udon from their specialty in different regions in Vietnam. This time I went to a Naha Trang special Udon. It has shrimp, fish patties and also crab meat.This was very thick and freshly made Udon, and it was surprisingly delicious and perfectly made. We stumbled on this restaurant bc I saw on the picture of the menu 100% không bột ngọt - 100% no MSG. My husband has a severe MSG allergy and is a litmus test for restaurants using MSG. He had the chicken banh canh and to his surprise, he did not get a stomach ache and bloating 30 minutes later. My đặc biệt bánh canh was delicious too.
