Omeli Kitchen Reviews
First time ever and the food was really tasty. I got the rice macaroni with filet mignon, extra protein. Even with the extra protein there wasn't a ton of beef but it was really good.
I’m guessing this restaurant is a Vietnamese fusion.
Chicken pho - solid.
Prawn vermicelli noodles with fish sauce. The prawns were a bit overcooked so hard to peel but seasoned perfectly and huge! I didn’t enjoy my noodles as much as the prawns because I’m not a fan of this restaurant’s fish sauce. It’s lacking complexity… a bit of sugar and acid in their fish sauce would improve this dish tremendously.
House wontons - solid. Delicious on its own. Well seasoned...read full review

Omeli Kitchen offers a unique fusion of Peruvian and Vietnamese cuisine, with a variety of flavorful dishes. Standouts include fried rice, shrimp plates, rib eye garlic noodles, spicy wonton, beef salad, and oxtail pho. The restaurant also serves specialty drinks like lychee peach iced tea and Vietnamese coffee with blended coconut milk cream. The menu features dishes such as Nui Xào Bò (Macaroni Filet Mignon), which combines filet mignon chunks, noodles, and vegetables, all fresh and colorful. Another popular choice is Bún/Cơm Thịt Nướng (Grilled Pork with Vermicelli Noodles), served with vegetables, peanuts, and a side sauce, with ingredients placed separately on the plate. The Lobster Garlic Noodles include lobster cut in chunks, though some may prefer whole pieces for easier eating. The Shrimp Saltado is a classic Peruvian dish with shrimp, potatoes, rice, and cilantro sauce, though the potatoes are average and could be better. The Phở Beef Meatball is very good, with flavorful meatballs and a filling broth. Appetizers and drinks, like Guanabana Fruit Tea, are highly recommended, and service is attentive and helpful. With excellent service, a friendly staff, and ample parking, Omeli Kitchen is a must-visit destination for a unique and delicious dining experience. The restaurant’s cozy setting has only about 10 tables but manages to serve food quickly, making it perfect for regular visits. Customers often praise the flavorful dishes like Lomo Saltado and Pho Short-Rib, describing them as reliable favorites that never disappoint. The Lomo Saltado is noted for tender meat prepared with Vietnamese techniques, and the Pho Short-Rib is rich, hearty, and very comforting—easily one of the best bowls of pho in Orange County. The menu also includes steak as a side dish, ideal for those with smaller appetites. The staff is friendly, frequently checking on food quality and areas for improvement, ensuring every visit is excellent. Overall, Omeli Kitchen provides a friendly atmosphere with great food, attentive service, and good parking, making it a top choice for a flavorful fusion dining experience.
