Fe Caphe is a ghost kitchen with a cute storefront, though its location behind a warehouse area can make it a bit difficult to find. The interior is cute and has air conditioning. The drinks are amazing and surprisingly good, specializing in authentic Vietnamese coffee made with bold Robusta beans, poured smooth and rich. Their matcha is hand-whisked the traditional way. The menu includes matcha einspanners, matcha strawberry lattes, house coffee, banana matcha lattes, lychee jasmine tea, fruit teas, and milk teas. Drinks are described as pretty good, smooth, creamy, and not too bitter, with sweetness that is just the right amount and not overpowering. Service is nice with awesome hospitality. They are in a soft opening phase, with gallon drinks available for events. Orders can take a while, especially for larger ones, but the experience is overall super fun.
