“Today I walked into subway I was dripping wet from the rain literally my shirt was drenched and I had my EBT card out ready to pay for the two cups of soup and the nice lady came to ring me up and said " your all wet" I said "I know it's ok" she said let me buy your soup for you ...that was really nice of her to do that ...so thanks again to the lady who works at Subway on Grand and Edinger!! There aren't very many people who do that around now a days.“
“I had a fantastic visit to this Subway location. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and fully stocked. The team greeted me with genuine friendliness and worked efficiently while keeping great attention to detail. My sandwich was fresh, perfectly prepared, and served just the way I ordered it.

“Love this location. It's perfectly tucked away inside the gas station. It's fresh and quick. The staff are Always smiling and pleasant. Those fresh baked cookies have burned an image and savory flavor in my brain . Man theseare best when they haven't been sitting on the rack all day..“

“I stopped by while shopping with my son, who was visiting the US mainland for the first time.The female staff member at the counter was very kind and listened to my son's unfamiliar orders as he could not speak English. My son was able to order without our help and seemed happy. The taste of the sandwich seemed to be exceptional.It was a wonderful memory. thank you.“

“I waited 5 hours for the train to come and it never did so I got myself a sandwich and waited an additional 3 hours, train still never showed up, but great food though while I continue to wait for it to come. I am on day 14 now, should a stay or should I go?“
“2/1/2026 = 12:55PM = 5 Star = i always choose subway with Restroom se we can wash our hand . This store has Restroom but looks like out of order, but I still give 5 star coz its a good server when I visit , I will try again next time, hopefully Restroom will be available.“
“I ordered a #6 with avocado and bacon combo. Food was hot and fresh. I also had the broccoli cheese soup, it was delicious. The only thing is that there was a discrepancy on the receipts. I had ordered 3 times this past week and none of the receipts match. Makes me wonder. The difference is not much, but all 3 should match if I ordered the same.“
“As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Patrick. Celeste proceeded to take my order & answered my questions I had about the menu items. Celeste was very efficient & service was great! Both Patrick & Celeste were very nice & efficient. Other customters came in while I dined in and the also got the same treatment. Food was fresh & very good! I highly recommend this Subway. “Good news! The staff is friendly and helpful. Ingredients and food choices always seem to be in stock. Patrons also get the added benefit of having Chevron's Extra Mile choice of convenience store items in arm's reach. Bad news... It's weird, it smells like gasoline outside. Hm.“
“Went in today 04/18/26. Everyone was super professional. Old man came in already in a bad mood. Berated the young lady, And also threaten with calling corporate on the workers, due to them helping me after my sandwich came out of the oven. The staff did awesome. 👍“
“This place of Subway has a really good healthy appetite for good diet sandwiches to enjoy you can stay on a strict diet they got chicken tuna all the other good cold cuts and all the other types of food and including veggie sandwiches I recommend Subway to anyone who wants to get a good sub“
“I visited this location right after a show at the Segerstrom. I hadn’t been to a subway in years, but this was the only place open after 10pm. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The whole process was quick. I ordered the Veggie Patty. The girl who helped me, Yesenia or Yasmin, was really nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. The sandwich was delicious and came loaded with veggies.I love that they are open late. Parking is ample lot parking. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again.“
“This subway is one of my favorites for those who work in the area know the liquor store on corner this is the spot the strip haha this subway anyway has the freshest bread,meats and veggies,plus what makes the place great besides the food is the à ladies in the back working both remind me of family like my abuela back home always making me laugh they give reasonable amount of things or suggest what is good with what,and their quick even with a 30 min lunch they are good with understanding ones time,anyways I'll check back this week to add a picture!! Also covid-19 compliant wiping down everything and they have special masks and covered counter! Take care everyone be safe and healthy out there!!“
“I was in and out of this Subway pretty fast, which I definitely appreciated 😅🥪 There’s honestly nothing better than walking into a sandwich shop and seeing no line at all — it feels like you’ve hit the jackpot! 🙌 But of course, the funny part was standing there watching the only two employees busy making a stack of online orders while I waited lol.
It wasn’t a huge deal, just one of those ironic moments where the place looks empty, yet you’re still waiting because digital orders are taking over 📱😂 Still, once it was my turn, everything moved along smoothly and I got what I needed without too much delay. Quick stop, quick bite, and back to my day! 👍“
“I came today with my friends we got 3 subs and they were all delicious!!! The young man with glasses was helping us out, he had amazing customer service! He was fast and made sure he got our order right!! He was alone and handled the customers well! Will be coming back thank you!!! Give this man a raise!!!“
“This was my first time at this location. Wanda was my sandwich artist and she was lovely. There was no one else in the store and we had a delightful chat while she expertly and efficiently made me the perfect sandwich. She said that even when it's quiet and there are no customers, she stays busy in the back doing her prep. She seemed like a real asset to Subway - I hope they value her! In addition, the place was spotless and well-stocked.
I deducted a star because Subway has only one worker there for a lot of the time, which seems not only unsafe, but terrible for the workers. The second time I went back, Wanda was being run ragged, between online orders, walk-ins, and prep. She handled it like a boss and was just as friendly and cheerful as ever, but it's unfair to work people like that.“
