“I had a wonderful experience at this Subway. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, polite, and prepared my order exactly as requested. “While the food and atmosphere were like any other subway the service was above and beyond.

I was trying to order food via an online deal but had issues on my phone which eventually switched off. Dejected, I stepped out and into my car to go elsewhere but the owner came out to our car and asked what the problem was and almost matched the deal price without a code / coupon.

“I had a great experience at Subway around 12:30 a tall gentleman who was very efficient, welcoming and attentive and another gentleman who was equally friendly. were working and showed a real sense of urgency while taking care of customers they worked efficiently without making anyone feel rushed or pressured, which made the experience very pleasant. “All Subways are pretty much the same, they all have the same menu and they get their food from the same distributors. That s what I like about Subway, I know what to expect and the quality is fair. I also like the fact that everything they make is custom made so you get all the toppings you want and nothing you don't want. The only differences between Subways is cleanliness and customer service and usually they are good about cleaning and service.“

“Love this location! Open 24 hours and the late night crew is always awesome and energetic. Went here after work around 6pm one day and Jessica was ON IT!! “Ordered 2 foot longs on a Friday night near close. Gentlemen who was working didn't complain and made me the 2 best sandwiches I have gotten from any Subway ever. Sign outside said they're under new management so I'm pretty sure they worked out previous issues. I wish I lived close by, I would come every week.“

“This is one of the cleanest subways I have ever been to.they make a good sandwich nice and thick your not cheated on the servings. They are across the street from Disneyland and they are not over charging you for the location they are at. A big plus! Easy walk from convention center also. A gem if your willing to pay Disney prices“

“Went in for lunch earlier today. I was welcomed by two ladies working, and a minute later, someone else also arrived for pick-up.

They were still making my sandwich since they were working on someone else's order prior, and were short some ingredients. I was asked about alternate cheese, which I'm fine with.

Another customer arrived for a lunch but was informed they didn't have the Italian bread, so he went with wheat.
I can understand, the location isn't without its supply issues. I'd recommend having a written notice of what's unavailable when it's unavailable.

Toasted sandwich was quite nice and toasted, warm. Flavorful. Friend also enjoyed his sandwich.

I did have a tiny wait, but I'd rather have a small wait for a properly made sandwich than not. Everything was fresh.

Something I noticed is that there are three 'tiers' of coupons accepted in different areas, FL699 vs FL799 vs FL899, etc. I used a coupon to get two subs here. That said, there are local item offerings inside the Subway/on the menu that are around $10~$11, which is important to note when choosing Subway.

While every other place is phasing out of affordability, getting a solid meal for less than $10 is becoming increasingly difficult. I do get a bit more full from Del Taco's $10 box, but for $1~2 less, Subway works better, and is healthier. At least, when it's a good Subway. I found my time here to be good, though it's always up to timing, my 5 stars can easily be your 3 stars, so on-so forth.

This is drastically different to my visit more than 10 years ago; I had ordered a sandwich with no chips, but the music was blaring and the guy at the counter wasn't listening properly; I was charged for a combo when I just wanted a sandwich, didn't even get stopped for my chips.“

“This has got to be one of the best subways I’ve ever been to tbh. Sandwich artist (whose name I did not catch) was so nice and he made our sandwiches so perfectly ? He followed all our requests when it came to how we wanted our subs made. Came in around 9 pm, we were the only ones in there so he took his time and made our sandwiches so bomb! “I like the lady in the morning she opens and as she sets up she makes my breakfast sandwich by memory, fantastic, however,...there is no tip option on the pay pad so I have to bring cash... I think we should all stop in and tip her on Fridays for the whole week.... Severely underappreciated. Come on subway no tip option, I'm so sure.“

But subway your a multimillion dollar company and you can’t spend a couple thousand dollars to fix your AC and care for your workers…. Again I love this location they never did me dirty but yall doing your workers dirty … that makes me so disappointed…“

“I have had a very pleasant experience at this location. My server ALICIA guided me through a very good food selection. She recommended selections that were very good. She also did the same a few days ago on another, different order.
She is a definite asset to the team. Will definitely come back, especially if she serves. She seems too care and willing to help“
