I was hungry and decided to try out subway again. The store was bright and cherry plus very clean. I was waited on very quickly. I went a little wrong on my selection. The sandwich was very fresh however had a taste like prepackaged sandwich meat.Parking was good and entrance and egress was very easy to major streets.
"They no longer offer the Kim experience" I specifically went to this Subway to experience this "rude" Kim that everyone has talked about in previous reviews. What I found was two TIRED employees after a long day of hard work. Either Kim wasn't there, she has been fired, or she's been exaggerated by some Karen's who leave reviews. Words of Wisdom from Nicky J 1) Be nice to your server 2) Be nice 3) Don't be a Karen. This Subway is a normal Subway, just go to it.

Funny when I think of Subway, I'm not really thinking about the customer experience. I just go for a semi healthy meal when I forget my lunch at home. Today however, I received excellent customer service from Irene who was delightful & enthusiastic. I left feeling like she was my friend & that's refreshing in 2022. Thanks Irene!
