Okay service just gets really busy in the morning to the point where youre waiting bunched up in the drive through
I honestly find it better if you ask in person for no specific ingredients since sometimes they just put the ingredients you don't want
I don’t know if I was hungry but it was one of the best McDonald’s then I ever eat haha, the only bad thing was they don’t have grape jelly but then it was very good

McDonald's is a well-known fast-food chain that offers a diverse menu and a varied dining experience. While the restaurant generally receives positive reviews, it has faced some operational challenges that have affected the customer experience.
One standout aspect of McDonald's is the exceptional customer service provided by its employees. Customers have praised the friendly and welcoming demeanor of staff members who are eager to assist. However, there have been concerns about the new setup for customer service, where employees are often in the back and only come out briefly to deliver food, making it hard for customers to communicate with them. This has made it difficult to get missing food, condiments, or refills.
The location has also faced challenges with transient individuals loitering outside, raising safety concerns. Additionally, the drive-through line has been reported to frequently block vehicle access to the parking lot. On a positive note, the restaurant is maintained well and has been noted for its cleanliness, with no trash lying around.
Despite these operational issues, customers have had enjoyable experiences, including a memorable Big Mac meal that was fresh and hot. McDonald's continues to be a popular dining destination, offering a diverse menu, friendly service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Addressing the operational challenges while keeping up the quality of service will be essential for ensuring positive experiences for all customers.
