“I love THH. The banh mi is always good. There's other foods available on the counter, though I'm not entirely sure of the prices on them, and didn't get to ask before a line started to form.

THH prices are relative to many banh mi places as of 2026, but also cheaper than other places, with a large variety to boot.

My only complaint is that the bread is only sometimes hot, since I'd like to have it as a snack. Wonder if it can be asked for toasted?

Cashier is a friendly lady though, and explained to someone else all sorts of items, patiently. It's a nostalgic Vietnamese vibe that most places no longer have. Very welcoming; she's like an aunt or sister. I can imagine people thinking she has a tone or attitude though, it's just how she speaks.“

“Spent a long time on IG looking for food blogs and reviews of food for our 3 day trip to DL and Californian Adventure. The BEST breakfast or lunch is their Filipino Feast Burrito and dipping sauce, my mouth is watering just thinking about it again - a combination of pork belly Adobo, fried rice, pancit and lumpia in a tortilla with a sweet chili sauce to dip. Try it!“

“Cozy Lee's. I do miss seeing this place packed with dinners, but I'm also not around during those hours anymore.

That said, piping hot banh mi, plain and in sandwich form.

The prices are even cheaper than Pickle Banh Mi for some items. I still recall Lee's was over 11$ a year ago. Now it's back to a reasonable 7.25.

And the crispy pork, if it's available, I highly recommend.

Haven't tried the drinks but they seem good. Maybe next time.

Yeah, the cashier at the time sounded like she gave an attitude with her 'may I help you?', but that's just how she speaks. Many Vietnamese people speak English in a way that always, ALWAYS gets treated as an issue, since it's not their native language. She was quite relaxed and did everything right, so clearly she was fine.“

Anyway, got myself a to go lunchbox with Chicken teriyaki, it comes with rice, salad, sushi also a side of tempura variety which is potato, onion, broccoli and shrimp

The chicken teriyaki is great, well done not dried out, crispy and really nice sauce

Sushi is great, just needed spicy mayo it would be a winner

Tempura is also great.

“Visited Jersey Mike’s Subs and overall had a good experience. The sandwich was fresh, bread was soft, and ingredients tasted quality.
