I went to subway from Euclid and Katella and I ordered a pizza from them they guy was nice but never told me the pizza had cheese and sauce already so I asked him for more cheese and sauce and it was totally bad not well done , so I just paid for nothing, subway has to make sure their workers know how to properly prepare the subs and pizzas, salads, If I'm saying it is because I worked for 12 years for this franchise and not all the workers knew how to do it right.

No complaints on the food, but good luck ordering online. The staff, in particular the older woman, does NOT know how to follow instructions on how I want my sandwich made. Forget even selecting the "more" option, it won't be followed. You have additional instructions? Forget those too, because they won't be followed. First: parking stinks. I work 2nd shift, so I get there about 11:40pm. Shop is next to a liquor store and pizza place. At that hour parking lot is busy and like a carnival bumper cars.I really like the employees. Friendly, positive, engaging. On 4 occasions got there at 11:57 (3 minutes to closing).
