“Being a Subway Cafe, this location closes at 3pm on weekdays and isn't open on the weekends. The inside is clean and there are tables to sit and eat at. I usually order my Subway via mobile and schedule a pickup, which they're usually done on-time despite any lunch rush. The protein portion is pretty standard and they don't make a mess of the sub orders.This location more so caters to the corporate building that it's attached to, but anyone can order from here. Just wish the hours were longer.“
“I needed 10 sandwiches late on a Sunday and these guys came through like Champs. The sandwiches and a salad were all as ordered (no mistakes) and delicious. Fresh ingredients, accurate order execution and tasty sandwiches, five stars and two thumbs up ?“
“This place has greatly improved since Ivan started working this location. Seriously so much better. I avoided this location in the past but Ivan seriously makes all the difference. He greets everyone with a smile. He's kind. He really does his best to prepare everyone's food exactly as they want it. He has the patience of a saint. I went into the store to ask about the best way to order a platter (I have never ordered a platter before from subway). Ivan was so kind and helped me figure out the best option for 20 people, including 3 teenage athletic guys. My family can really eat. Ivan was patient with my questions and really made the ordering experience so very pleasant. Pickup day (2 days later): Ivan had everything ready. Packed the boxes to perfection. It was a breeze! I hope Subway notices this and uses Ivan as a trainer and an excellent example to all employees, especially the location on Newport and Irvine Blvd. Also, not Subways fault: the parking is ok but can be tricky. The parking lot it small and so are the individual parking spots. There's also a Starbucks just steps away too!“
“First, I was one of those customers who came in with 5 minutes to go until they closed. If someone is open, the quality of the product shouldn't matter how close to closing it is. Anyway, they were warm and inviting when I showed up which was a great start. Brenton (I think that was his name) was great. As he was making my sandwich, it was like he was a craftsman making sure each detail was correct. Hands down, one of the best looking sandwiches I've seen AND it tasted delicious. What I found more impressive was Brenton and his personality. He added the perfect amount of conversation, asked questions, and most importantly seemed sincere in our interaction. So often, people ask questions but they don't care at all about the answer. This interaction was different and I really appreciated it.“
“Went there at around 1:30 AM. It was shift change so it was cash only, which is understandable, no biggie. Service was very good, even inbetween shift change, which we all know service usually lacks everywhere , gas stations, food places, police, etc. But if it was fine. Food was good. No complaints. Good job!!“
“I called early to order 4 family platter and talk to a nice lady. I got the food on time and it is really good, two thumbs up! The owner gave me extra bags for it too. The server and owner are very helpful and accommodating. Will surely go back here!“

“This trader Joe's is always busy. They have items pretty stocked. Parking could be a little busy especially on weekends. Customer service is always great, last time I needed something and a young man went to the back to get it. That is wonderful customer service experience for me.“
“I didn't catch his name but the boy who works here with the dark hair, skinny, and who is very polite, made me the best sandwich I've had in a long time. He is awesome. This subway is also very well maintained and clean. Most subways in Santa Ana are filthy so this was a pleasant surprise.“
“Premier subway next to Chapman!Pros: great subway cafe with extra large seating area.This subway has a cafe as well with coffee and pastry! The iced coffee is reasonably priced at $2.50. The have an interactive fountain. Big fan of this subway. The salad build your own option is great for subway chains.Cons: non worth noting other than the limited wrap options now as they eliminated a few of the variety wraps.Novelty: great space and ambiance for this location.“
