“Fast service, good preparation, and mobile order is great! This location is very busy, but they get you in and out quickly. The are located inside of Shell so I typically park in the lot to the left of the gas station to avoid the fueling crowd and that saves me time. The food has always been what you would expect from a Subway and they don't try and push up-sales. They do offer the upgrades, but they are not pushy like other locations. The location is clean and that's a great thing to see in any food service location.“

“Service can be a bit slow at times due to how small the Subway is. Staff usually gets orders correct and are quick to apologize when they make mistakes. Today however they decided to toast my sandwich without me asking them to and quickly ushered me a long pay without me being able to correct them. The sandwich was still good but I would have preferred it not toasted.“
“I frequent the subway at Jeffrey and Irvine Center Drive (Irvine). It has been very constant over the years. Since the start of the Pandemic I almost alway do curbside pickup. The order has always been ready at the time given in the order confirmation email / text and has always been 100 percent correct.“
“I want to share a great experience from the manager Marco of this Subway . I visited this store a couple of weeks ago and accidentally left my key chain at the register. I returned an hour later and they were gone! The store manager Marco went above and beyond to review his camera footage and identify the thief. And was able to get my keys back for me! It’s good to know there are still people in the world looking out for each other ! Thanks again Marco!“
“She wore a mask and gloves! Yay no worries about talking over my food. Stuff comes out of everyone’s mouth and nose when they talk regardless of how unnoticeable so this is a big deal to me. She was quiet and not married so I would’ve been fine with her not wearing the mask but with it I could order and eat in peace.“

“Like much of life, my experience here at this humble Subway at the Irvine Spectrum was full of highs, lows, and tuna. My girlfriend and I had caught a hankering for some sammiches while shopping around. Lo and behold...a Subway appears. We decided to split a footlong tuna sub. Though the owner (I can only assume she was the owner, she had managerial vibes) was constantly upselling us (how many times can one person ask if I want bacon??) and sparse with the toppings, this sandwich was impeccably made, my brother! The layers! The colors! The neatly placed spinach leaves! The artistry nearly took my breath away. My girlfriend said this was the most neatly constructed sandwich she's ever had, and she's the MANAGER of a competing sub chain!! This is high praise from a highly qualified sandwich connoisseur. Lastly, they had Garden Salsa Sunchips! Let me put you on to something, those things have absolutely no business being so gosh dang yummy. TLDR, we'd probably come back. Maybe. If we were in the area and wanted Subway.“
“So apparently I'm the only person who knows what to expect when I enter Subway. I see a lot of complaints about this Subway as though it reflects or somehow symbolizes societal apathy in some broader context, like corporate Subway is waiting to refresh its Culver/Irvine Blvd location Yelp page to catch the latest scoop on how some shmo feels about the meat selection. I don't know, perhaps I'm the only person who has been to Subway across our fine country. Normally when I go when I'm in Missouri or New York, I see a table full of meats, veggies, and bread. There is an occasional non-fountain drink, some chips and a weird place to eat that wouldn't be described as nice or clean. This location is different. This location is very clean, its staff are excellent and the food is as expected. What else do we want? I have made mistakes when I come here too, I might on occasion look at my iPhone while I'm waiting on the person in front of me to check out, only to realize that the person working there is waiting for me. To that person I say: I'm sorry. Subway doesn't have the chance to tell me about their petty opinion of my behavior and yet we the public do. It's kinda crazy. I wish restaurants would stick up for themselves more often. Anywho, good food, good people. There's nothing surprising about this location, but its employees are a gem. I hope the owner is paying them well.“
“I stopped by this Subway recently and the interior was clean and the employees were friendly and welcoming. They were efficient getting customized sandwiches made quickly. The prices are reasonable Nan's I enjoyed my turkey sandwich and chips.“

I would rather drive ~5 mins to here even there's a closer location around my place. Not saying that location was bad, but this location wins my heart :)“
