“I came into this Subway no more than an hour past opening. My family and I thought we'd stop by right before a day out because it was too hot to cook. I must say the sandwich artist Ravi was very patient with my family which is something we find difficult because of my younger brother's Torrets syndrome, and my daughters physical disabilities. Ravi was not only patient, but she set us up for a great day to kick off Summer! 10/10 would recommend!“
“I was doing errands on Dec 1, 2023 & stopped at Subway for a 12" Meatball Marinara. About 4:30pm. The young man working was extremely polite. The restaurant was clean. My sandwich was HOT. They're Subways closer to my home, but this one is fantastic. Highly recommend. Reserved parking spaces. On corner of Magnolia and Garfield in HB.Parking: Reserved parking for Subway visitors in front of restaurant.“
“These folks are nice. My only real gripe, which is more of a Subway issue than this location's, is their failure to participate in corporate promos. It's frustrating to walk into a restaurant and ask for a certain promo only to be told they don't do that one...On the positive side:Orders via the app are easy and I've never had issues. I think the recently installed shelves for order pickup are a great idea.“
“I get my son lunch here a few times a week. Miguel is fantastic; he always greets us warmly, and he works really hard on his own in the mornings. He knows our order by memory and always gets it right. One time a few months ago, my card was declined, and he allowed me to get the sandwhich and come back to pay the next day. He is a rare type of employee in fast food these days. Subway is lucky to have someone like him.“
“I love Subway. It's probably the healthiest fast food around. If course, it's not hamburgers but that's what makes their sandwiches so good: they are not made of as much artery-clogging, high cholesterol meats as found in most burgers. I always get leaner cuts of meat or just go veggie with cheese only. The service was fine: fast and efficient. There were only a few customers in the restaurant at the time I stopped by, and everyone was getting take-out, so I cannot say much about the ambience. Quiet perhaps.“
“Amaya was amazing. I'm not a huge Subway fan but had a gift card and stopped in this location. Amaya helped me and her customer service was wonderful. She was so friendly, helpful and patient as I muddled through my VERY custom sandwich order. A very enjoyable Subway experience. The store was small but very clean and everything looked fresh. I will be back to this location.“
“Ok, Bob, i really want to see small business people like yourself succeed. My review is there for you to tighten up your ship and bring in more business. Hence, here's what I'm going to do, i will alter my 1 star review to 4 stars, your personal appear to want to do a good job and the interior of the sandwich was fair. “I'm not sure what the subway is like near you- but every time I cruise in to this subway- all the ingredients are stocked and proper- the customer service is great- and a healthy sandwich for under 8 dollars- can't really beat that. Only one time I visited here this wasn't the case- but there were two new employees working so you gotta give them the benefit of the doubt. Always in and out and no mistakes walking away from this subway“
“Not much to say, if you've seen one subway you've seen them all. When you walk in the smell of the bread is delicious and definitely hard to resist. Service at this particular store was fast and efficient, the staff are friendly and helpful. If you are trying to resist the bread Subway does offer great salads, pop some protein on that lettuce and call it a meal ??☺️ ♀️“
“The poor girl here is working so hard. She’s the only soul working here during a Saturday afternoon. And it’s a bit busy. And she looks as though she had a little injury she’s dealing with. If these behemoth multinational corporations could manage to pay workers a reasonable wage, this young lady wouldn’t have such a high pressure and lonely job here. Other customers were angry at having to wait a long time because they were rushing back to questionably paying jobs their selves.“
“Hands down the best subway I've ever been to. Dushan set me up with the best combination of Tuna, Wheat bread, sauces, and veggies. All I knew was that I wanted to eat healthy and that I wanted Tuna; I left the rest to him and he set me up perfectly. Dushan definitely knows what he's doing and he was operating that entire shop by himself. Not only was the sandwich food but he also was a great conversationalist. Looking forward to going her later this week!“
