“We live almost equidistant between two Carl’s Jr locations, but we almost always go to this location on 17th Street in Santa Ana because of the spectacular service! Specifically, Itzchel (Shelley), who’s almost always manning the window when we go there for dinner at least twice a week — she is a real asset to the company! Her happy smile and great service puts a smile on my face too!

We’re retired seniors, on the dreaded “fixed income”, and the coupons keep us returning week after week, in addition to Shelley’s kind and helpful attitude. Cooking is a real pain now that there are just the two of us; and the coupons make it affordable to eat out.“

“My family and I LOVED this location. We hadn't had Carl's Jr. In years and this is hands down the best fast food burger we've had. I tried the promotional burger with avocado and it was delicious. The beef patties were extra flavorful and the fries were perfection.“

Parking: The parking lot is close to the store so it wasn't hard to find parking.

“Grabbed a large oreo cookie shake friendly service fast too but while I was outside they have a speaker that loops some strange circus music that I could hear inside my car went outside and found the source a speaker right in front entrance I assume this is like military torture music to detour homeless people hanging around but you'd think a brand new jeep wrangler wouldn't trigger this annoying loop track from Hell lol. Don't believe me come check it out for yourself see how long you can stand it before you leave and never return.“
