“I like that when I order my food it is always hot and fresh. The chips are always delivered hot and crispy. The days I come for breakfast and lunch, the restaurant is always clean and so are the bathrooms. I like that the workers are friendly and they serve me with kindness and a smile. Sometimes at the luncheonette the drive thru line is long but the workers rush and get the orders out quickly. I like coming to Carls because they are kind.“

“The wait wasn't too long when I was ordered.The food came out decent. I liked the breakfast egg burger and tater tots were crispy. For the price, it wasn't too bad.I'm glad there were outlets on the tables and for customers only.“

“I work 25-30 hours a week as a waitress, and go to college full-time. Last night I finished a 14 hour day from a 6 day work week. I was so tired and all I wanted was a beyond burger with no mayo and no cheese. When I rolled up to the window, the person was so nice to me, and on top of that my order was correct! When I bit into it I saw that whoever made my meal did it with care, it wasn't just slapped together and thrown into a bag. Sometimes I think life is horrible and that people are mean or rude but, thank you to the two people working last night (08/28). You made my day and I appreciate it.“
