“This restaurant truly has it all. The food was the standout, clearly prepared with skill and care. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The kitchen turns out consistently delicious, well-crafted dishes. Service was prompt, friendly, and never rushed. The space was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Generous portions and fair prices make it a great deal. We left feeling well cared for and completely satisfied. The kitchen clearly takes real pride in its craft. Our server checked in at just the right moments. The atmosphere added so much to the overall experience. It's everything you want in a restaurant and more.“

Parking: The parking lot is close to the store so it wasn't hard to find parking.

“We live almost equidistant between two Carl’s Jr locations, but we almost always go to this location on 17th Street in Santa Ana because of the spectacular service! Specifically, Itzchel (Shelley), who’s almost always manning the window when we go there for dinner at least twice a week — she is a real asset to the company! Her happy smile and great service puts a smile on my face too!
We’re retired seniors, on the dreaded “fixed income”, and the coupons keep us returning week after week, in addition to Shelley’s kind and helpful attitude. Cooking is a real pain now that there are just the two of us; and the coupons make it affordable to eat out.“

“My family and I LOVED this location. We hadn't had Carl's Jr. In years and this is hands down the best fast food burger we've had. I tried the promotional burger with avocado and it was delicious. The beef patties were extra flavorful and the fries were perfection.“
