You really don't see that kind of service nowadays and I appreciated his warm, friendly demeanor. I wish I had his name to give a shout out. It was around 9am today (05-23-26). In the 90's, Carl's Jr was the best burger spot I could walk to, but 10-15 years ago the food changed. The buns were stale, fries weren't ever hot, onion rings were rubbery, the soda was watered down & the quality was awful. I was bummed, but I never gave up!“
“Good food and fast service. However, the manager ( or person in charge) was training new staff and it seemed like she could have had a bit more tact when speaking to them. There were no customers or a long line so it seemed unnecessary for her to keep raising her voice at the new trainees. Just an observation because while waiting for my food, her commands turned heads and it made the whole experience uncomfortable.“
“I love this Carl's Jr it's my favorite one to go to... the customer service is outstanding and the food is great .. I'm a regular here and they treat me with respect and kindness... the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is wonderful... if anyone is hungry come to this Carl's jr you won't regret it ..“
