I've been here a few times. Mostly after work early mornings. And there's a gentleman named Justin I believe. And Everytime I go he's always there always has a smile on his face. Great customer service. Definitely deserving of a promotion. Keep up the good work Justin !!!!
Shoutout to Carl’s Justin!! I get out of a night class pretty late, and this is one of the only food places in the area that’s open 24 hours. Justin, who works most of the night shifts at the drive-thru, has become a friend and a JOY to see almost every week. I go out of my way sometimes to go to this Carl’s Jr to give him a quick hello :) Food is great, as always, and Justin’s customer service is top-tier to say the least!

The staff is very friendly except for this tall chubby Caucasian woman. She seemed a bit passive aggressive and visibly showed more respect towards Caucasian customers than me who's Hispanic. Not sure if she's racist or simply having a bad day.
