“I recently used the drive thru at my local Carl’s Jr, and upon arrival I noticed the person taking my order sounded almost automated. I asked the guy at the window (David) if the order process is automated and he said it is in fact a real person. I gave David all of my kudos for how difficult that must be to deal with. The food was great, and David was very professional. If you have any issues at the drive thru, that is what is going on! The people are there to help fix your order at the window.“
“I really like Carl's Jr. The food is Tasty! I enjoy trying to get used to using the app, keeping My Rewards in order. I do spend a bunch of money at the restaurant. I have noticed though that some locations, when using SNAP Benifits do not give Me My Carl's Jr. receipt so I can redeem My orders points. Something is wrong with that. It happens at the Garden Grove store on Garden Grove Blvd., and the restaurant on Brookhurst and Chapman, again in Garden Grove. I would Love to know why this is happening. Thank You even though!“
