“A Diamond in the rough for sure. I ordered a pound of shrimp, rice, wonton with duck soup and a drink and it was amazing. The food is reasonably priced even in 2024, the workers who I assumed are the owners are very attentive and offer a nice atmosphere. Anyone can find quality food here.“
“Honestly, it’s hard to find a Vietnamese Vegan restaurant that delivers authentic Vietnamese cuisine. When all others promote fusion restaurant archetypes, Saigon Vegan pushes authentic Vietnamese cuisine and refuses to take shortcuts. If you are looking for a great meal served by wonderful people, I highly recommend this place.“
“I've been coming to Da Vien Coffee for over a year now. When I say I want Vietnamese coffee, THIS is what I mean. Their cold foams are flavorful and thick. This is my #1 favorite coffee shop in the OC. They specialize in Vietnamese coffee, and they also serve basic coffee, food, and desserts. I have yet to try their food & desserts; only drinks. I've been to both of their locations in Westminster and Garden Grove. Parking: Free parking. Somewhat easy to find on weekdays but more difficult on the weekends. Ambiance/Environment: On weekdays, I notice there is a consistent flow of customers. While on the weekends, they are usually busier. They have a modern, studious, and somewhat spacious environment with indoor & outdoor seating. Service: From my experience, the cashier is always kind and knowledgeable! Baristas are quick and efficient. Throughput is usually under 3 minutes. Drinks: 1) Black Sesame Latte - Phin drip coffee shot with black sesame foam. I really enjoyed the black sesame foam; it's pretty light. Even though it's shots of espresso, this drink is still strong and will keep you awake. 10/10 2) Matcha Foam Coffee - Vietnamese coffee topped with matcha cold foam & espresso powder. As someone who doesn't prefer matcha (don't come for me lol), this drink is perfect for you. The matcha foam isn't too overpowering. You get an equal amount of flavors from the coffee and foam. 10/10 3) Egg Coffee - THIS is my favorite drink! Vietnamese coffee topped with egg foam & cocoa powder. Da Vien actually put me onto egg cold foam. I was sus at first, but omg .. tastes like heaven! 1000/10 4) Da Vien Coffee - Vietnamese coffee topped with macchiato foam & cocoa powder. This is my second favorite drink! If you're not sure what to get and want to try something basic, this drink is the safest way to go. The macchiato foam is delicious and pairs well with the coffee. 10/10 5) Cloudy Ube - Phin drip coffee shot and Ube foam. This is a lighter taste of Ube compared to the Ube Coffee. You get an equal amount of flavors from the Ube and espresso shots. 9/10 6) Peach Tea - Green peach tea with peach slices. Such a refreshing drink! It tastes exactly like how it sounds. 10/10 7) Salted Coffee - Light and creamy coffee topped with salted foam. I believe this drink contains espresso shots over milk. The foam has a good amount of sweet & salt; not too salty. This is another safe drink to go with if you want something basic. 9/10 8) Ube Coffee - Coconut Purple Yam coffee. It's basically Vietnamese coffee topped with Ube foam. If you love Ube, this is the drink for you! The Ube foam is strong and pairs well with the coffee flavor. 10/10 9) Caramel Sprinkle Latte (seasonal) - Phin drip coffee shot with caramel and topped with salted foam. This is a Xmas 2023 drink. Not my favorite drink. The flavors didn't work well together. I felt the caramel syrup tasted weird with the espresso shots. 6.5/10 Pricing: Prices are $$ average. I'd say it's worth the price because their coffee is bomb af. I highly recommend joining their rewards. You receive points, coupons via text, and birthday treats. In the Westminster location, you'd input your phone number through the iPad. In the Garden Grove location, make sure to tell your cashier your phone number after ordering.“
“We walked in and discovered a warm, inviting and knowledgeable barista who guided us to the most delicious and unique, very large breakfast sandwich. Creme brûlée coffee is divine, the presentation unexpected. The outside of the building does not represent what delights you will find inside. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant/ coffee house.Limitless ⭐️Parking: 7 parking spots/ also has a drive through window“
“Great place to study and good food/drinks. The hot chocolate was superb and the even have a cute little loft upstairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access, no automatic door buttons for bathroom/entry. But the side door is wide open and the bathroom is huge.“
“After going to the Garden Amp for a concert, a group of us were looking for a place to grab and drink and a bite to eat. We found this place on Yelp and so we decided to give it a try. This place is in a industrial but the wife and I like dives so we came in. Unfortunately, the owner let us know that the kitchen was closed so I went out to inform our group. We decided to have a drink anyways but when we walked in Paula met us at the door with that huge smile and said that they could offer us a limited. We quickly ordered 5 burgers and fries. BTW, the buns are made there at Henry's, that is a nice and rare move for a small dive bar, right? The beer offerings were pretty decent. I had a Blue Moon and my friends had Fuzzy... something or other. I was laughing and talking so I don't know exactly. My wife did get the Cardiff Cab Sauvignon that was pretty decent. What makes a great dive bar is the crowd and this place had a great group. The table next to us was serenading the room with both Bolero's and some great country hits. Their fun was infectious. Thanks again Paula for helping us wrap up a great night. Hope to see you again, soon.“
“Great food and great service. We ordered the Italian Submarine and Supreme Club sandwiches and split them between us. Both were delicious, served on warm bread with fresh ingredients. My partner said they were the best restaurant sandwiches she has had in many years. Way better than Subway or Jersey Mike's; no comparison.“
“I wanted my daughter to taste Armenian food like I had growing up, and assumed I'd be driving to Glendale until I found this place on Yelp. We got a lamb and chicken kebab combo plus a bunch of bakery goods to go. Food was delicious, albeit I'm more used to this crispy butter soaked Borek, but theirs was good also.“
“Thought I'd try this place for fun with my wife. Now I know what's been missing in my life. I've divorced her so I can focus on my passion, eating from the dealer. Leave paltry things like romance aside, and join me in the bahn mi bliss. Also it's on the 3rd floor.“
“Great food and drinks here! Never gone wrong with the crawfish scampi fries. Parking can be a hassle on a busy night but I gotta get my fix still! Minus one star because one of the male employees always looks annoyed when talking to patrons. Noticed it a few times before but this time when I walked into the store (only customer there), I said excuse me to him because I was standing there for two minutes so he obviously didn't notice me, which was fine of course, but he gave me this head shake which really threw me off this time around. Hopefully this pattern improves over time as I really like this place.“
“I've lived in SoCal all my life so I've had my fair share of taquerias & taco trucks and this place is my fav! Prices are reasonable, food always comes out fresh and hot, salsas are delicious and actually spicy, and service is fantastic! They're parked in front of a park so there's plenty of parking. Asada, pastor, and lengua are my go to meats. Be sure to ask for carrots and grilled onions!“
“One thing you have to try here is the Kem Bo or Smashed Avocado with Durian Gelato & Nuts. This is seriously the most addicting dessert. My mom accidentally stumbled into this place with a friend and brought me back a Kem Bo. We're both hooked and we've been going back ever since. I normally don't crave desserts but this one is the exception. I've had vietnamese smashed avocado desserts at other places but this one is one of the best I've ever had. The quality of the durian gelato is fantastic and the nuts complement the dessert well. There is smashed avocado and little cubes of it and it's the perfect mix of both textures. My mom, dad, and aunt all loved it and I can't wait to show more people.“
“Parking: Lots of parking with plenty of handicap parkingAlso has a parking spot with a charging port for electric vehiclesKid-friendliness: Large picnic area outside kids can pretty much be themselvesAlso has a game area with a giant connect fourWheelchair accessibility: Large open area easily accessible to ordering windows picnic tables restrooms with large entry ways“
“After two days in the Magic Kingdom, we needed something different. My husband found this place on google, and I was unconvinced. However, it turned out to be AMAZING! Everything on the menu looked good, and the dishes we settled on couldn’t be beat! Server was personable and on top of everything! Whatever you do, try the Parmesan toast!! Thanks for a perfect dinner! Hope to be back next time we’re in the area!“
“I was in the mood for birria tacos so I googled the area. The food looked good in the pictures so I tested my luck.Let me tell you, AMAZING!!!! Best birria tacos I've ever had. And their salsa omgggggg that's fire. The tacos had a lot of flavor. And the food was fresh. I 100% recommend!!! You won't be disappointed“
“THAT FOOD WAS AMAZING!!! Good price, sweetest owners ever! Gave us a bunch of extra things. My new go to spot!! Also incredible pre-pandemic style prices!!! Sitting there eating that delicious food was so peaceful and made my whole Wednesday HUGE PORTIONS!!!“
“We're from Chicago and was staying at a hotel nearby. We ordered pork bbq and bulgogi, both were excellent choices. It's great to have both available to order from the same store. My only wish is if they could add noodles to their menu like japchae or pancit.“
“Great Taco's.The best of all the taco trucks at this location Easy!Gotta try the Tripas and Suadero. You won't be disappointed ??? as the kids say nowadays. It's a taco Trailer. Not a taco truck. From 6pm-12am during the week. And 6pm-1am on the weekends. They accept Cash and Card??“
“Omg !!! Best tacos we have ever had ! I highly recommend this taco truck they are extremely nice and the food is on point ! We are coming from Virginia to visit Disney and we're looking for a good taco truck and we came across cielito Lindo and they don't disappoint at all the meat was sooo flavorful we got tripitas asada cabeza and pollo we actually got seconds and came back the following day ! Salsas were delicious and the Agua fresca as well ! The tortillas are extremely fresh and they do not skimp out on the meat when filling the tacos ! It is soo worth to visit I promise you won't be disappointed !!“
“Not too bad! The drink itself was super cute, especially with the little rubber ducky on the lid. I tried their brown sugar milk tea with grass jelly and egg pudding. The milk tea was nice, but it was a too sweet for my liking, even though I got 50% sweetness. I think even 25% might still be pretty sweet!“
“Went during the night with cousins, the atmosphere is too dark and moody for us, could use some more lighting. We ordered half and half, half soy and half original. Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. We also had the rosé tteokbokki. Both were fantastic and super tasty. There were complimentary water, cabbage, and radish. Will come back, honestly on par with bbq chicken which is down the street from this joint. Higher recommend this place.“
“I never get dissapointed eating from here. The food is fresh, the agua frescas especially the pepino one is really good, and they serve the food pretty fast when it is not that busy. Service wise - Danny is very helpful and ricky is super nice.Atmosphere- The location itself is nice to eat with friends.“
“Such great home style cooking. This place really brings you back to real and comfort cooking. What we purchased- I ordered the menudo. Whenever your sick, fresh bowl of menudo does the trick. That’s what I got. It was so flavorful. The tripe is so fresh and perfect. It doesn’t have any hominy which is the best because I don’t like it. I’m more of meat and soup kind of person. So this was perfect.- Birria combo plate! Perfect!! My husband ate this. It was soo much food and also great for left overs.- Ham and egg taco. It was so nice of the server and the chef in the back to make my toddler ham and egg taco. My toddler devoured it. So he really liked it.- Side of rice and beans. My toddler loves rice and beans. What can you say he is a growing boy.- Shrimp taco. I wanted to try this. Don’t judge me. Yes I ate this too. What can you expect. We came here hungry.- Horchata. Delicious. My toddler drank this whole thing. HahahahaOverall a great experience. Love the salsa bar. A hole in a whole vibe but really worth it. Definitely coming back since fall/winter is finally here.“
“No indoor seating at this location. A recent two month long closure and remodeling has resulted in the removal of all interior seating, leaving the only dine-in options outdoors. Otherwise the building and unique double drive-thru lanes remain.Don't feel that this remodel was necessary in the first place. Dining outdoors is fine on mild SoCal days but if being inside is a must seek a different In-N-Out location instead of this one.“
“Dark Horse is originally from San Diego so I was surprised to see it in OC. I love their matcha here and crave it from time to time. I never get oat milk with my matcha so I can't speak for the flavor combo of their matcha + oat milk. Buuut whole milk + their iced matcha is a winner in my book at Steelcraft. bonus points goes to the friendly staff members!!“
“Love this place. Everything I've tried has been great and authentic with good flavor. Chile Verde is my go to aside from the fajita trip. And if you have a group to feed please checkout the King Burrito. Its a huge burrito and a great deal for your money“
“OK first of all let’s get into it and see if you’re vegetarian or vegan this is definitely not the spot for you. With that being said, this is the most amazing food truck that I’ve ever been to in my life I got the Birria pizza and I was absolutely blown away. I will eat 10 of these every single day for the rest of my life if it’s physically possible!!!!“
“This place the BEST pastries, I’m a pastry guy and have been to countless shops and her croissants are baked daily and the crunchiest and freshest! I always enjoy getting one and she is super friendly and nice and has a large interior! Highly “
“A very cute tea shop with good drinks and a good variety. They have something for everyone: boba, caffeinated teas, non-caffeinated teas, smoothies, hot cocoa, and much more. You can choose your level of sweetness, too, which is super nice! My one complaint is they only have one size: giant! I’d really like to be able to order half a drink lol. But everything I’ve tried here has been good, and usually keeps well in the fridge for later!“
“There is a reason that there's always a line in this place. Food is fantastic! They're very efficient when taking orders and the food is comes out in the same sequence as ordered. Could do with more seating since there is often a wait.“
“This is the best Thai food both my family has ever had and we love Thai food! We can't get enough of the pad see ew, crab fried rice and papaya salad we literally dream of it.The service is always phenomenal, quick and we have zero complaints. We're so happy to see this place always busy and even with the waitlist we are sat and eating within 10 minutes.“
“I recommend it 100%, I and my family stopped by this place and we ordered green chilaquiles. You can order them with meat of your choice or alone with scrambled egg, cream and cheese. The horchata water was also delicious. The waiters were very attentive and helpful.“
“We came here as a 2nd option on Sunday night football when our 1st choice didn't come threw. Food is ok not to mention you have to wait till 5pm to order most foods. The 1st waitress we had was not so great! She was slow and made a lot of excuses for delays with our food let alone just her taking our order. The TV set up was a bit poor for game night. They had a lot of tvs up high but they were rather small to top it off they were blocked by lanterns they happen have hanging in the middle of it so th as t was a not annoying. I did though love the 3 piece giant screen TV they had set up for the game but again, they had a pile of what looks like props covering up the bottom half of the screen so everytime I wanted to see the scores and stats, I had to look over at the smaller tv. Not sure what the Owner was thinking with this set up. Drinks were good but took a long time to come out . Some orders were actually forgotten. The food concept of Asian fusion is cool but it lacked the details about lined above.“
“I'm usually always off work late and not many places are open but this place was and it's good! Right when you walk in, everyone is welcoming with a smile. Ken was funny and he made sure everything was good. Even showed me a way to eat my food that I didn't know before to give me the best experience and taste from my order. (Ate it before I could take a picture though) I also appreciate how our utensils was set aside inside a glass cup with hot water for us making sure it was clean. Great service.“
“Nice family restaurant with great service and great calzones! Thanks to our server Jasmine, very attentive and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Located close to Disneyland, lots of tv's showing your favorite sports.“
“A Cute cafe with many tables and seats and free WiFi for those who want to study. I found this place while browsing Yelp to find a new cafe try that I could work in for a couple hours. Parking can be somewhat hard since there's is limited street parking and the only lot I'm aware of is also shared by the other businesses on this street (IYKYK). Drinks were good and the ambience was nice. Their coconut coffee and Viet Coffee were on point. I love their decor, especially their counter, which transports me back to the markets in Asia. But their art wall is also really cool and looking at the ambiance of the cafe, you can tell they really put a lot of thought into designing and decorating it. There's also patio seating in the back, but I preferred the tall bar style seating in front of the counter. To quote Arnold: I'll be back.“
“When I walked in, I wasn't too sure about the place. However, the owner was extremely nice and helpful. Then, I was presently surprised with some of the best kabobs I have eaten. They take great pride in their cooking. This is a good find, especially if you're like me and tired of fast food chains.“
