Mango latte with butterfly pea tea: 5/5 beautiful color (see photo), subtle mango flavor, very smooth.

Peach lychee: 4/5 nice and refreshing, good amount of sweetness at 50% sugar.“

“When I’m craving a bubble waffle this will always be my go-to spot, they’re not only affordable but also delicious & great sizing for the price. I also love getting their dragon fruit lemonade slush. Though the taste sometimes feels too sweet even after adjusting the sugar level it’s still good. Even better that they allow for you to choose your sugar! My diabetic uncle loves the yakult smoothie. The customer service is always amazing :)

The coffee tastes amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised by how many Korean dishes they offer — from kimbap and bulgogi bowls to crispy chicken. Everything looks fresh and homemade.

The atmosphere is cozy and spotless, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I ordered the kimbap, and it was huge and full of crunchy, colorful veggies — so satisfying and healthy at the same time!

“I really love it here. Even when busy the people are so helpful and patient. The drinks I’ve gotten so far have all been delicious and delicately crafted! My favorite is the dirty matcha! It’s a whole experience. The vibes inside are so freaking cute and dainty. Very Vietnamese feeling with the low chairs and tables, gives it some culture and makes it feel homey. “Nice little cate place with connection to the manmi bakery shop. Plenty of parking spaces since it's a big parking lot. Shop is small but cute, clean, spacious, and easy going vibe. Menu is nice with varies drinks choices with reasonable prices. They have both sidewalk seating and inside seating.
Nice place for working or catching up with friends over tea and some bakery.

The portion was generous, and the service was quick and friendly. I also liked the simple, authentic Vietnamese atmosphere. If you enjoy fresh sugarcane juice, this is definitely a nice place to try. “Best banh trang tron in Cali. We have tried the other banh trang tron/snack places and this one is the best with great prices. They have all the varieties of banh trang tron, fish ball/beef balls, on top of that pha lau (organ beef stew) and chan ga ngan sa tat (chicken feet marinated in lime), bot chien (fried rice cake with egg). Everything we tried tasted great like back in Vietnam. The owner and staffs are really nice and attentive. The only con is that it gets really busy in the evening weekday and weekend so you might want to go earlier than that. Overall we highly recommend this place!“
