“I was drawn to this boba shop because of its high ratings and very reasonable prices! Located inside Chubby Cattle, you don’t need to dine at the restaurant to order here.

Here’s what I tried:

Osmantheous Oolong Milk Tea with Boba (less sugar, less ice): This was fantastic! The tea-forward flavor was exactly how I like my milk tea, and the boba had just the right texture—not too chewy and not overly sweet. I’d definitely order this again.

Strawberry Oolong Tea (less sugar, less ice): A little on the sweeter side for my taste, but still a great deal at just $2.99.

To my surprise, they were running a buy-two-get-one-free special during Christmas week! The third drink that was part of the promotion was an Iced Strawberry Matcha, which was quite sweet but still a nice addition to the experience.

Overall, this spot offers great value and drinks—I’d happily return!“

“The strawberry smoothie is made with fresh strawberries and is delicious. The owner made ours with a modification without batting an eye, and when our four year old began sobbing after spilling hers, he came outside to see what was going on. “Ok, this is now my favorite boba tea place. The Ube Coconut milk is insanely good, even at 30% sugar level. They did not have purple rice so I substituted agar, which is so good. I also got an order of unsweetened jasmine tea and double agar. The price is right and the taste is to beat.

“Really liked this place overall. Tried their new Chinese‑style milk tea and one of the camellia tea drinks, both pretty solid. Tea flavor is strong but the finish is really clear, not that sugary mess, which I appreciate. The camellia one has this gentle floral thing going on that hangs around a bit after you sip. Staff were friendly in a low‑key way, helped me pick without pushing anything, tbh that matters. Atmosphere felt calm, soft background noise, easy to sit with my phone for a while and just zone out. Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“Ambrosia Tea is easily one of the best boba spots I’ve been to. The shop is super clean, which already sets it apart, and the overall vibe is really welcoming.

One of the coolest parts is the claw machines, they’re actually winnable. I ended up winning on my second try, which never happens, so that alone made the experience memorable.

The Thai tea was excellent, really authentic and true to how it should taste, not overly sweet or watered down like some places. You can tell they care about quality.

Also, a huge plus, they let me split my drink, which is something not every shop is willing to do. Small detail, but it makes a difference.

Parking: Free parking lot. There’s a medium sized parking lot, so finding an open spot is easy.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a small space with a couple tables and chairs. Seating is very limited. There’s cute wall decor and backgrounds for photos.

Service: We placed our orders at the kiosk. Throughput was quick & efficient after ordering. The two workers we encountered were courteous.

Drinks: I got the Matcha Brûlée, and my friend got the House Coffee with sea salt foam. The matcha brûlée came with brown sugar boba. I couldn’t taste the matcha bc the brown sugar was very overpowering. The boba texture was good. The brûlée swirls were very faint. Overall, the flavors could use some improvements. The house coffee was thick and creamy. The sea salt foam was okay; could be thicker with a bit more salt.

Pricing: Average prices for boba drinks nowadays. I’d visit again bc their milk teas are good, but I wouldn’t get the Matcha Brûlée again.“

“The 3 of us came here for lunch. We always order the Honey Walnut Shrimp Burger which is delicious (5/5). The Taro Sweet Milk is good (4/5) and the Black Sesame Matcha is just average (3/5). It could get busy during lunch rush hour, kitty might take 10-15 minutes you wait for your burger, although the drinks are much faster. The ambiance is airy with high ceiling, the Chinese decor is quite interesting.“

“When I’m craving a bubble waffle this will always be my go-to spot, they’re not only affordable but also delicious & great sizing for the price. I also love getting their dragon fruit lemonade slush. Though the taste sometimes feels too sweet even after adjusting the sugar level it’s still good. Even better that they allow for you to choose your sugar! My diabetic uncle loves the yakult smoothie. The customer service is always amazing :)

“Located next to Vừa Khó Bo is this tea shop. It had a self kiosk to place your order and two employees in the back.

They offer fresh tea, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies, coffee, cheese foam and matcha.

I couldn’t decide between banana matcha latte or pandan matcha latte. I went with the latter. It’s made with whole milk and the matcha is ceremonial grade with pandan flavor. Not too sweet and the matcha was not bitter or grassy, it was perfect. I would return to try the banana matcha. They only have one size cup to offer.“

“This is an unassuming shop from the outside, but it really surprised me. There's a good ammount of seating, having both an inside and outside that are both pleasant. We ordered the strawberry slush with boba, large shaved ice, and churros. The churros were filled with a delicious custard. All dishes had super cute presentation and attention to detail. As an example, the Lychee jellies inside slushy were star shaped. Would love to come again and highly reccomend!!“
