“My 5 star review is for the drinks and egg rolls! Iced Jasmine tea was superb. The Vietnamese egg rolls filled with pork, shrimp and veggies..best egg rolls I have ever had!! I live an hour and a half away and would drive back just for these!! Super cute place with lots of plants, a few claw machine games and a giant Connect 4 game. Comfy seating, no a/c, no public restroom.“

“The strawberry smoothie is made with fresh strawberries and is delicious. The owner made ours with a modification without batting an eye, and when our four year old began sobbing after spilling hers, he came outside to see what was going on. As soon as he saw what happened, he took her smoothie and filled it up and put new angel wings on it for her. It was so sweet. He takes a lot of pride in his restaurant and it shows. Bravo.“

“Great first experience! The location was easy to find with plenty of parking, and I really liked the atmosphere inside. The decor and wall art were nice, there was plenty of seating, and all of the employees I encountered were friendly and courteous.

Ordering was really convenient with their touchscreen self-service kiosk, which was very easy to use.

I came for the mango sticky rice, and it did not disappoint! This was actually my first time trying mango sticky rice, and it was absolutely delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly, the mango was fresh and perfectly ripe, and the presentation was nice. For only $6, I thought the portion was a great value too. I took it to go and even after a 15-minute drive home, it was still at a great temperature.

I also saw that they have a mango sticky rice smoothie on the menu, which I definitely plan on trying next time! They have a nice variety of other menu options as well. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend checking them out!“

“My fave place to write and edit and have a little mom's escape for an hour from work and family work. Get a cookie! I usually order an Iced Matcha with Coconut milk - creature of habit. Sometimes they make recs for me to add a flavor or something fun and I always love it!“

“My favorite place for kumquat lemon iced tea with crystal boba. I love the vibe when you walk in is very peaceful and relaxing. They also use fresh fruits so you can taste it instead of too much syrup. Would recommend !“

Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“Ding Tea in Anaheim Hills has a fun atmosphere, friendly staff, and a large selection of teas, coffee drinks, slushes, and boba. The jasmine milk tea with boba was good, and the golden boba had a nice chewy texture. The drinks can be pretty sweet, so I would recommend ordering 30% or 50% sweetness with light ice. The prices are a little higher than some other places, but overall it’s a good spot for boba.“

“Non's is a hidden gem that has always been consistent with its Vietnamese food that pretty authentic. Its a great spot to hit before going to the Honda center or Angels stadium. Probably the best value too as prices have remained reasonable compared to the other shops. Staff is very friendly as well. This lot has had a lot of turnover with places not being able to stay open very long (seems like a property management issue) but im glad Non's has stuck around.“

I’ve come to learn to enjoy the tea also, I want to taste the tea over the milk. This place has GREAT BOBA and I can taste the tea over the milk. “I am a “regular” here via Grubhub delivery. I always get the strawberry matcha and my daughter loves their smoothies. She will customize her smoothies and make a different one every time. It was my daughter that put me on to this place I believe the workers already know her by her smoothie order.“

“A trip to packing house has to end with boba! Their menu had a quite a bit of options from matcha to milk tea and all.
They didn’t have my favorite STRAWBERRY milk tea though, so we tried Thai tea which was equally good actually. I think 85 degree has spoiled me. They have tea granules in their tea which taste amazing, I am missing that. Again it’s not right to compare their tea anyway.

Me and my daughter love getting drinks when we are out of the house, so whenever we go to packing house, we always stop by this place. They have good drink selection and always have the most popular drinks at the time. She went out with her friends last weekend and they each got different matcha. Usually we go with milk tea from this place so it was her first time trying their matcha. She said all three drinks were really good, but the strength of the matcha differed in all three drinks. The banana matcha having the strongest flavor and strawberry matcha having the weakest. So, if you’re into seeing matcha, maybe ask and see? Overall, the drinks are usually always good there, we love their jasmine milk tea!“

We ordered the pork belly fries and chicken quesadilla, both were 10/10 and left us satisfied. “My family, friends, and I ordered the Brown Sugar Flaming Milk Tea here, and it was absolutely delicious! The place was incredibly busy—which makes sense given how good their boba menu looks—but our group got lucky and managed to snag some tables and chairs.

​Our only real critique is the lack of a trash can in the seating area. After we finished our drinks and used the tables, we wanted to do the right thing, pack everything up, and clean up our leftover mess. However, because there wasn't a visible trash can around, we couldn't dispose of our items properly. The drinks are fantastic, but adding an easily accessible trash can for customers to clear their tables would make a huge difference!“

“Came in today to pick up a few drinks as a little afternoon treat for my girlfriend and her coworkers. Unfortunately, I had a total spill situation in my trunk right after leaving, 100% on me.

When I went back inside to let them know what happened, I was fully prepared to pay for everything again. Instead, the staff handled it with so much understanding and generosity. They remade the drinks for me and even handed me towels to help clean up the mess.

“This is a great place, very clean, super nice employees and delicious food. My girls and I had each a poke bowl that was not only healthy, but so flavorful and delicious! They also had the best Taro Honey Boba Tea I've ever had - we went back for more 😋 To make it even better they brought out some mochi ice cream in 3 flavors and each one was yummy!
