“I had such an amazing experience her yesterday (12/14/2024 at around 3 PM). I already knew the three flavors I wanted to try and in the span of 15 seconds I felt I got a story about the taste/notes of those three flavors from the guy that was scooping (red headed fellow with a beard and wearing a cap at 3 PM). Such a quick yet pleasant experience - felt like I was in a 15 second wine tasting with the care that was taken to describe the flavor and notes. I’ve been here a few times but this last visit really stood out!“

“After dinner, we had a bit of time before the park closed, so we decided to head to Ghirardelli for dessert! We made it just five minutes before closing—phew! We shared an ice cream sundae and a hot chocolate, and also picked up some salted caramel dark chocolates. You really can't go wrong with anything here. The place was spotless, and the customer service was warm and friendly. I love this spot and will definitely keep coming back. While we usually visit the locations in San Diego or Monterey Bay, this one is much closer!“

“For those with a diary/gluten allergy. They have a plant based ice cream, whip cream, and good chocolate. My wife was in heaven to enjoy such a treat. The staff were excellent and answered all her questions. I ordered an orange cream drink and it was pretty tasty! Overall a nice place to the right when you walk towards the round about in California adventure.“

“Coming here off and on for years - it’s been hit or miss with the service. The only downfall is who would be serving you.The upside for everything else would be the solid selection of toppings, ice cream and something customizable to your taste. If it was always smiles and someone that enjoyed serving a delectable treat to others, it’d be perfect.Parking is hit or miss here, their lot gets full quick but if you’re here just for ice cream there’s two charging stations up front, and 3 10 min parking spaces right at the entrance.“

“When I was in Anaheim California, visiting Disneyland this was one of the places I ate at, I ate there with my dad almost everyday I was there, the food, and the drinks were all great. Both the people I saw working the counter were very nice, and efficient.

Kid-friendliness: The place has a pink pig as it's mascot, it's very kid friendly if you ask me.

Wheelchair accessibility: There were no stairs to go up, and there was a table right outside with wheelchair accessibility.“

“After I had a taste of something similar, I had been looking for frozen yogurt like this for YEARS. It is the perfect blend of sweetness and tartness. Plus, the workers here are incredible, very kind, and patient when you are struggling to decide, and will even give you great tips on what is the best. Would give 6/5 stars if I could.“

“This is a neat little spot for ice cream and treats. The place is very clean, well-lit, and has plenty of seating. It’s a great stop while walking around the mall area, and it’s open late too! I grabbed a chocolate-covered frozen banana, which was just what I needed to hold me over. I posted a picture, but only after taking the first bite—sorry, not sorry. Definitely worth a try!“

“I sent me kids in 15 minutes before closing. I just got released from the hospital that day having received a kidney transplant. I was not allowed to have ice cream for over 11 years due to kidney failure. I dreamt of a mint chocolate chip milkshake from Baskin Robbins. They did not have enough to make a shake. When my children relayed my story the worker checked in the back for more. I got my milkshake and it was every thing I remembered. I am so grateful for the employee going above and beyond giving me excellent customer service. As always Baskin Robbins quality was unwavering. Thank you so much!“

“I past by Yogurtland, craving it while driving. I arrived at the place around 7:30. This was actually my first time here in this Yogurland actually and for this to be my first time, I loved the experience! The female worker in the front had the topping setup very clean. She was also very sweet and gave good customer service! The toppings looked good enough to eat and the fruits looked freshly cut. Each container was filled to the brim and had enough of each and every topping I liked. They had very good yogurt options that I barely see in other Yogurtlands. The smallest complaint I would possibly have is that there isn’t any sample cups, I didn’t really mind know to what happened in this world. Other than that, the place was clean. This Yogurtland is probably the one I’ll stick to due to the sweet workers!“
