“I so love and appreciate Dan for all the care, heart and soul they put into creating this nurturing restaurant, and adding such goodness to the world.I’ve been coming here for years. Each time I’m greeted with the most sincere smiles and warmth. The food is fresh, delicious and oh so satisfying. One time years ago I got food poisoning. I can’t remember how it came to be that Dan and Si, his brother, learned of this, but they literally made me food to eat for each stage of my healing. Broth, a mash, and other foods, all made to nurture me back to health.I’ll never forget this kindness or the example of his commitment to always providing excellent service and the most wonderful food.I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and wish for it to have great success and longevity!“

“Amazing authentic Levantine food (Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian etc.). You should try their Kafta and Batata Harra, the best I’ve eaten away from home. The service was great and the prices are very reasonable! We will definitely come back when in the area.“
“I ordered for delivery, and received it very fast. My hearty pork bowl was unbelievably delicious-I wish I could eat like this every day. I had the chipotle sauce and hot sauce with it, both of which were amazing. If I lived here, I would eat here all the time. Hey Ben, want to open one in Alaska?!“
“This is one of my favourite spots to eat at Disney. Mobile order has made it so fast and easy to get food. For breakfast, their breakfast croissant is a nice quick option. For lunch, their Jolly Holiday combo soup and grilled cheese are my go to.Their sugar cookies and raspberry macaron are so delicious. I’ve tried a few other seasonal treats and am always impressed. The staff are always friendly and there is a good amount of outside tables to sit at.Dietary restrictions: The sandwiches all have gluten free buns you can substitute and the macaron is gluten free. My sister with celiacs has had breakfast and lunch and enjoyed both.“
“This is my local Nekter and I frequent it every few weeks.Great staff that's always friendlyChocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie is awesome and always on point.Only thing I wish for is they drop their prices a few dollars.$15 bucks for a 32oz is a lot“
“I was in Anaheim and just searching for something healthy to eat. Glad I came across Umami Express on here! Ordered from inside Anaheim Food Co. at the screen. Easy process and food comes out fairly quickly like within 10 min of ordering. Small area but always clean. I chose the "Protein Lover Rice & Cabbage Bowl" ($15.35) because I know I needed to pack on some protein before my disney day! According to the description for the bowl, it states "Dairy free, gluten free. Base of shredded cabbage, heirloom forbidden and brown rice, chicken, pork, organic tofu, crisp water chestnuts, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, fresh green onion, toasted sesame seeds, our house-made Szechuan chili oil crunch, and a choice of our signature sauces. // gluten, dairy free // zero refined sugar" Sounded like health in a bowl to me so I was excited to try it. I chose the Garlic Sesame Soy Sauce and it was a good pairing. I appreciate that it comes in a little container on the side in case you don't want all of it in one go. I opted out of having water chestnuts because I wasn't in the mood to have that crunch while I ate. The Szechuan chili oil was also SOO GOOD! Had the perfect amount of spice for me. It was pretty hot so if you're not a fan of spice then stay away! The entire bowl tasted delicious. I actually didn't care for the pork esp it was large stringy chunks of meat that I don't think I was in the mood for either. I ended up trying to just give it to my bf to eat. I believe it's pork shoulder since there's a section of "pork shoulder bowls." The tofu was also good, large, super firm cubes. This is a pretty large portion especially there are 3 proteins in it. I enjoyed it so much that I cooked something similar at home for meal prep. My bf ordered the Chicken Rice bowl ($11.45) and it was basically like mine except no tofu or pork. He also loved the chili crisp and it was a good portion for him overall.“
“We went here to get a little taste of Disney while on vacation in Cali for spring break. Last time we went to Disneyland we went to Goofys Kitchen and didn't have the best experience. This was so much better. We didn't have to chase down characters or wait for hours to see them. I think their outfits are so fun and unique. The food options were much better here in my opinion and they seemed a lot more fresh. They had a wide array of fruits and meats. As well as lots of pastries for breakfast. I do wish their dessert section had some more options. The cast members where friendly and quick. I wish the price wasn't so steep, but when you go to Disney, that's just what you should be expecting.“
“The chocolate peanut butter smoothie from here is SOOOO GOOD! I’ve had it at other locations but i swear this is the only one that makes it perfect every time. I also love their açaí bowls! The staff is always so friendly & it’s very clean inside. Lots of parking.“

“Every kind of dessert and cake and baklava and beautifully laminated, buttery pastry. I don't understand how such an unassuming, mid-range-priced mom and pop shop is able to have such a wide variety, and with each individual item seeming like it's gotta be the one famous item everyone flocks to the bakery for. With its Arabic and French pastry fusion, my headcannon is that an Arabic family graduated France's most prestigious pastry school and then opened shop here.We got one of every kind of baklava. They're all somewhat similar in flavor, but a completely different textural experience . Crunchy/tender, flaky/moist, pillowy/dense. A lot of them start out with a satisfying crunch and then just turn to butter in your mouth. A freakin festival of culinary textures. They were sweet, but not too sweet, nutty, caramely, brown sugar-y and perfect. The thing we actually went for was the dark chocolate cake which, unsurprisingly, was phenomenal. Deep chocolate flavor, moist, not too sweet, and some sort of aromatic or subtle flavor that I couldn't place but that I really liked. Rose water? Bergamot? I don't know but I would love another slice.A lovely gentleman with the jawline of Henry Cavil helped us, was super kind, and just seemed like he genuinely enjoyed his job. Be warned ladies, you might show up for the sweets but stay for the eye candy...“
“I grew up in New Jersey and have to say YAY! I love Italian Ice's- grew up with them. I used to chase the ice cream truck with my friends and ask for a chocolate Italian Ice. They are the closest I've seen since I moved to California. Thank you, Mustache Mikes for bringing Jersey back!“
“I Was in Anaheim for a day, took a stroll down this lovely street with so many delicious options for food.I tried this spot on a hunch- the packed tables outside and the long line inside. :)I was not let down. I bought $35 worth of treats to try and every one was better than the last. I even got the dog some treats to try.The buns, the little sandwiches, (the sausage, the japanini) the curry buns, the spicy curry buns. Omg -so good ?.“
