I work in Human Resources so customer service is one I typically have to observe. All servers appear to have good command of service to customers - they're smiling and attentive to everything. They all seem to share their loads and helping each other (like filling coffee). I hope the manager/owner pays them well and provides good benefits for retention purposes.I had crepes with strawberries and bananas and side of eggs and sausage. “Went for breakfast here yesterday. First of all it's so cute inside. We love the decor. Our server was Julia and she was top-notch! Not only was she so sweet but she always came by making sure everything was okay. Food wise we got the Bella Bella Benny. A different take on an eggs benedict. It came with a side of hash browns. My daughter and I split the Benny so we ended up getting an extra side of hash browns which I'm glad we did, because they are so good! The Bella Bella Benny was also really good. We also got a side of the bacon, which is basically a delicious kind of candied bacon with a little spice to it. This was so delicious we probably could have eaten about six slices each! But the order only came with three, lol. For drinks we got the honey oat latte (cold) and a vanilla almond latte ( cold) these were both really good. Had a great experience here. Took some pictures but for some reason it's not letting me have an option of putting photos here on the review.“

“I visited Green Tomato Grill for the first time yesterday at about 5:30 in the afternoon. It was fairly busy, but they had two cashiers taking orders, so it went quickly. However , they had only one person in the kitchen. It took a little longer to get orders. The staff handled the crowd very well. They were quick but friendly. I got the bowl with black beans, chopped chicken, avocado, and a delicious dressing. It was very good. I will definitely get it again. The service and the food were worth a second trip. Having family members who are vegetarians and gluten intolerant, I was very impressed with their wide variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.“

It was the end of the fair, and most all of their Bundt cakes were packed up in clear totes. When we walked by, I commented to my daughter how good they all looked. My daughter got pretty excited and they were kind enough to help out with one last cinnamon sugar churro Bundt cake. It was just before dinner so we took it to go for after dinner. We actually warmed it up and it was amazing. I wish I had some ice cream to go with it! Only bummer is I guess we will have to wait another 6 months to try them again! “So let me start by saying this is a vegan ice cream place. That means the prices are going to be higher than your standard ice cream place by principle. That said, this place is my guilty pleasure due to my lactose intolerance. It's nice not having to worry about that. I've been here maybe 10+ times, they have a selection of about 12 ice creams (remembering from memory), they're a combination of unique flavors and the standards for picky kids. On top of that you can choose a topping (like sprinkles, Oreo crumble, Cinnamon Toast Crunch) and drizzle (like chocolate sauce, caramel, or some other thing that I don't care about because who wouldn't choose caramel?). The location is cute, I've used this place countless times to wind down after a date, and the service has been kind every time. In summary, it's a little more expensive than chains but it's more ethical and just as tasty, plus a little homey. I try to get away from it due to its price but I keep coming back for that dang cookie sandwich with cookie butter ice cream (yes double cookie sue me) with caramel drizzle and shortbread crumble...“

“I was in Anaheim and just searching for something healthy to eat. Glad I came across Umami Express on here! Ordered from inside Anaheim Food Co. at the screen. Easy process and food comes out fairly quickly like within 10 min of ordering. Small area but always clean. I chose the "Protein Lover Rice & Cabbage Bowl" ($15.35) because I know I needed to pack on some protein before my disney day! According to the description for the bowl, it states "Dairy free, gluten free. Base of shredded cabbage, heirloom forbidden and brown rice, chicken, pork, organic tofu, crisp water chestnuts, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, fresh green onion, toasted sesame seeds, our house-made Szechuan chili oil crunch, and a choice of our signature sauces. // gluten, dairy free // zero refined sugar" Sounded like health in a bowl to me so I was excited to try it. I chose the Garlic Sesame Soy Sauce and it was a good pairing. I appreciate that it comes in a little container on the side in case you don't want all of it in one go. I opted out of having water chestnuts because I wasn't in the mood to have that crunch while I ate. The Szechuan chili oil was also SOO GOOD! Had the perfect amount of spice for me. It was pretty hot so if you're not a fan of spice then stay away! The entire bowl tasted delicious. I actually didn't care for the pork esp it was large stringy chunks of meat that I don't think I was in the mood for either. I ended up trying to just give it to my bf to eat. I believe it's pork shoulder since there's a section of "pork shoulder bowls." The tofu was also good, large, super firm cubes. This is a pretty large portion especially there are 3 proteins in it. I enjoyed it so much that I cooked something similar at home for meal prep. My bf ordered the Chicken Rice bowl ($11.45) and it was basically like mine except no tofu or pork. He also loved the chili crisp and it was a good portion for him overall.“
