Came in Friday to preorder 20 drinks so I didn’t have to wait Saturday morning.
Came in Saturday morning and they didn’t make the drinks.
Could’ve just saved myself the trip Friday… what a waste of time trying to make it easier for them.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. Not sure what the staff is doing but there appears to be a gap in communication between the staff from day to day.
Do better.
