“A cute quirky cafe shop with delicious coffee and matcha lattes.
We like sitting inside, near the fish tanks, but there's also seats outside in their enclosed patio.
It's a good atmosphere to do some work, or talk to a friend. (They also have food & snacks! I just haven't tried any.)“

“I have been trying various milk tea places in the area to find a place that would cater milk tea for my upcoming wedding. My wife could not have the wedding without having milk tea served to the guests. My wife and I tried the champ milk tea here and decided that this place was the one. Their portions are much larger than other shops, and the tea flavor is pronounced and not covered by sugar/milk. The manager, Ryan, was super helpful in preparing our bulk order for the wedding, and it was a major hit during our wedding. Definitely come here for their various milk tea flavors, and also highly recommend their Kumquat green tea! Thank you Tea Champ!“

“What a joy to have breakfast here!! There are so many brioches to taste! ? I loved the cheese brioche.
As for drinks, there is a huge choice, I chose the Vietnamese Savory Coffee ☕️. The taste is surprising.
Possibility of eating on site ?

“This donut spot is awesome, caters to the late night business around here. The staff is very welcoming, a great host and accommodates any donut needs or wants. Sandwiches are fresh and they have everything you’d want for a late night donut shop, from smoothies to sandwiches to chips and drinks.“

“Taiwanese bakery that specializes in all kinds of Asian bake goods. They got cookies, bread, pastries, danishes, sandwiches, cooked food, cakes, drinks, everything! It’s like Sunmery and 85 degrees bakery in one but with way more options. We got a few of the sponge cake flavors, curry empanadas, Portuguese egg tarts. The bread seems to be the most popular.“

“This place is super cute, has little available seating, and is expensive. However, the coffee is totally worth it. I've been to this coffee shop around four times, lol! The baristas are nice, quick, and knowledgeable. One of the baristas taught me about raw milk, which I had never had before. The coffee I’ve tried is the Cafe FC Sig, which is my favorite; I would rate it a 10/10. I’ve also had the Oaxacan Mocha, I wouldn’t say I liked it as much, a 6/10 sounds accurate. The pastries are incredible, I like that they have different varieties each time I go. I’ve gotten the chocolate croissant for my husband; he loves it. The banana chocolate loaf is to die for! One of the best coffee shops I have been to!“
