“I’m writing this as I wait for my udon to cool enough to eat - it’s a hidden gem of a local spot with reasonable prices, good food and even better atmosphere. The shaded outdoor area is a great place to relax even when the temperatures start to rise.“

“This place was referred to me by a co-worker, since I don’t know the area very well. What a great referral the pizza is like you build it how you want, but with an old skool pizzeria. It isn’t like Pieology. They have canned soda drinks, or two liter bottle soda, no alcohol. Vito the guy who made my pizza to perfection was telling me they have a really good Sunday BBQ from ribs, Tri-tip, 1/2 chicken, etc. They are only open in the evening hours, and the pizza is good size portion. Their small is the size of most mediums at other places. I highly recommend this place. A little more in price, but well worth the fresh ingredients and they won’t take tips.“

“The place was empty so we were initially a bit doubtful. I’m glad we made the decision to stay because ALL of their dishes were delicious, not just their Hainan chicken but also their beef, wings, and even their stir fried veggies tastes like it came from much bigger restaurants.“

“Glad to find a hidden sushi gem in Hacienda heights. I have been living in HH for 10+ years and we have been lacking authentic quality sushi. Theres a few Japanese restaurants in the area but unfortunately they are pretty westernize in terms of quality and options.

I have visited Sushi land a few times with my wife and the quality of the fish are great for the price and staffs were nice.“

“They have all kinds of authentic Japanese style ramen. Also a Menudo variation if your curious, tastes good by the way. Several appetizers like Coconut Srimp. And lots of Japanese dishes. I had the Omarice with Pork Cutlet on this visit. Although I usually have the Ramen. One of my favorites.“

“JJ bakery's cake is very delicious! I remember taking my little one to this location years ago to get a birthday cake. From then on I've been purchasing birthday cakes from JJ bakery from different locations. I absolutely recommend this store to everyone who is celebrating the birthday for himself or the family.“
