Sushi Land Reviews
A true hidden gem! The sushi is fresh and tasty even the cooked appetizers!

Sushi Land is a beloved, family-owned restaurant known for the freshest sushi in the area. The staff is extremely kind, and they serve excellent quality fish along with tasty udon soups. This neighborhood sushi spot is a favorite among locals, with constant updates to their sashimi. Customers recommend trying the California Rolls and Crunchy Rolls, which are perfect for takeout or a quick bite on the go. The restaurant is very small with limited seating, so it can get full, especially on weekends. While the quality of the food is good, some customers have noted that service can be slow at times.
Sushi Land offers a variety of dishes, such as the B/B Nigiri and Sashimi Combo Bento, which includes four pieces of nigiri and a selection of sashimi, rice, salad, and miso soup. The salmon is particularly praised for its taste. Many customers enjoy the veggie rolls, noting they are flavorful and refreshing. The sushi rice has a nice tang and is light and fluffy, making the dishes well-presented and enjoyable.
While the menu may feel a bit dated, the classic items are done well. Highlights include the Blue Crab Avocado Roll and the Mini Spicy Tuna Bowl, which offers a pleasant amount of heat. The Grilled Tuna Belly is a standout dish, featuring lightly grilled fish with crispy edges. For dessert, the Tempura Ice Cream is a must-try, recalling nostalgic flavors. Overall, Sushi Land is a great local sushi spot that feels homey, with many hidden gems worth exploring. It’s best to visit during lunchtime to avoid crowds and enjoy the freshest sushi experience.
