“We went to the Newport Beach location a couple of weeks ago. This was my first time ordering an acai bowl. The staff was very helpful and patient when I was building my bowl. Overall, from the time we walked in to the time we left, the staff was extremely friendly and nice.“

“Quality ingredients and homemade sauces. We went for girls breakfast and loved it. My friends got a chicken sandwich and tacos and I got a veggie sandwich on squaw bread with cheese and avocado. Everything was so delicious and satisfying but not heavy. Only place in LA county that tastes like you are in the city. You gotta check out the bathroom! The owner is a genius. “Was it horribly hungry but wanted something and they told me about their special. We get half of any of their sandwiches, fries and a soup, I had the potato soup and it was so thick and cheesy. I used it as a dip. Price was inexpensive considering you're sitting out with someone taking care of you. Very impressed. Ate the soup and fries first. So they're not in the picture.“

“The food was really good, and the prices for decent. When we got there, it was only my friend and I. Though as the day progressed a lot of people came and went. The service was excellent and the server as well as what I think could have been the owner or the manager keep coming and asking if there was anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to go and eat.“

For being a Japanese restaurant this food is very tasty, the only thing is that they will serve your food in to go plates. Understandable, but if you are craving something with a lot of variety very good food, healthy and good in nutrients I have to recommend you this place. “Jack's is a step above Norms and 5 steps above house of pancakes. I enjoy their menu which I've had about 5 times and each time I order something different. Service is always friendly, quick and the food is very decent. My son didn't like his steak which probably was frozen cause he said it was a bit Gray in the middle..and He said the consistency was more like a chicken fried steak... I've had that before and had no problem but other than that everything else was good.“
