“This is my go-to spot for a fresh bowl — Los Compadres Pan is one of the best bakeries around Pico Rivera! Their bread is always excellent, and the sweet bread is amazing too. Their manjar (filling) is hands down the best in the area. The prices are so good you could count the amount you spend on two hands. Definitely worth checking out if you love quality and flavor!

“Bakeries are plentiful in this area, so what sets one apart? Cleanliness, friendliness, selection, and quality. This bakery meets all of your expectations and needs, and exceeds them. The best part, they have much later hours than most bakeries. My kids enjoy going in to pick out their favorites and the team there is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint, I haven't tried anything that I DON'T like, so I'll have to keep going back!“

“There bread is the best. Employees are rude. They don't allow any phone orders. You need something in quantity! U need to go in person order and pay. Why not order over the phone in advance and pay. No u need to go twice to order in advance in person. Then pick up. And who ever ordered? Needs to pick up as well. “

“If you want some very tasty tamales you have to go get some try it at Ramos Bakery. The Mexican sweet bread is soft and so so good too, they are made daily like their tamales so fresh. Just a little hole in the wall place, but that's the kind that turn out to be the greatest, Right?????. Don't go to late because the tamales don't last long. Oh and they make home made champurrado. “We were bit disappointed with the $10.99 Breakfast Special choice, BUT the other options were great and prices are affordable. I ordered the breakfast deal and requested fruit instead of hash-brown and toast instead of muffin. My husband ordered the California Smasher (I forgot the name) with chorizo. He said it was really good. The coffee was really good!“

“This place is awesome. We placed a togo order and sat down - the owner/manager came out with a pitcher of water and cups. He went around asking customers any concerns. People eating breakfast - huge flurry pancakes and lunch
I wanted the chicken pot pie but sold out. Next time will try and come earlier.“

“Very pleased with this location. The young lady greeted us and let us know the specials. Answered all our questions. The location was clean. A lot of choices of cookies. She warmed up the cookies we were going to eat then and there. A lot of parking at the time that I went, which was on a Sunday around 6:30 pm. They sell merch, the t shirts were pretty cool.“

Latte wasn't too bitter nor too sweet and a perfect recommendation.

If you're looking for something savory, flaky, with just the right amount of buttery deliciousness the salt bread is for you.

On the other spectrum if you want something more on the sweet side but still full of flaky texture the passion fruit croissant is the way to go. Don't forget to ask for it warmed up at the counter if you're enjoying it in the shop!“
