“Love this spot always has fresh food and the service is awesome. The Tortas are bomb for a donut shop no joke along with the Wraps. They even have spinach tortillas. Bagels are another plus at this location. Forever a Winchells customer !!! Oh before I forget the ambiance is chill when you come after 9pm by the way.“
“Great panadería/bakery. They have a big selection of pan dulce/ Mexican sweetbread. They also have tamales made daily. Must try! They have café de olla too. They also do big orders for a variety of tamales, sweetbread, coffee, and Champurrado, ahead of time for your events. They make cakes as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Must try place and won't be disappointed.“
“This hidden gem of a donut shop (hidden because it's located deep within a parking lot that neighbors what appears to be some sort of school) makes what I think are some of the BEST SANDWICHES I've ever had. On this day I ordered a combo which consists of turkey, ham, and roast beef. I'm afraid I lack the foodie eloquence to convey just how tasty their sandwiches really are - THEY ARE FRIGGIN' AMAZING! Built on what seem to be fresh baked French rolls, the sandwiches here are filled with fresh ingredients: crisp lettuce and onions, delicious deli-quality meats, pleasantly spiced up with slices of pickled jalapenos and yellow chili peppers. I can't quite identify the sauce they use - is it a ranch sauce? Whatever it is, it elevates all the ingredients to another level of yum. To put it simply these sandwiches are just made the right way without resorting to anything too fancy or gimmicky. The mouth feel and flavor is absolutely delightful and ultimately satisfying. But be aware - they are so yummy you might develop a bothersome craving for them at odd times of the day and night!Of course, they also have donuts and some really huge croissants (or is it bagels? I forget 'cuz I haven't actually tried anything else but their mind-blowing sandwiches). I'm sure the donuts are great too and someday I will give them a try. Well, if you ever find yourself in the Santa Fe Springs/Downey area near the 5 freeway during lunch I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you stop by Christine Donuts and try their heavenly sandwiches.“

“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Treat Yourself Keto, and it was an exceptional experience! As a first-time visitor, I was greeted by the owner, who was incredibly friendly and helpful in recommending dishes. I decided to try the Linda Melt, and it was easily one of the best burgers I've had in a long time – flavorful, juicy, and utterly satisfying. I also indulged in the Carne Asada Nachos, which were not only delicious but also impressively keto-friendly with fresh ingredients that clearly showed the owner’s dedication and love for her food. The highlight of my visit was the churro cheesecake, a delightful dessert that stole my heart! It's evident that Treat Yourself Keto places a strong emphasis on quality and taste, making it a standout in the keto food scene. As I'm in town for work, finding this gem was a highlight, and I’m eagerly planning my next visit before heading home. If you’re looking for an amazing keto dining experience, support this wonderful business – you won’t regret it!“
“I probably come here more often than I should. Its definitely not good for my health and calorie intake but the cookies here are just so damn good. I love how they switch the flavors every week so you don't get bored. Everything I've tried has been solid. No complaints.“
“Visited this bakery for the first time last week. Small bakery can easily be missed if you don't know it's there. Service/ambiance was ok, didn't feel super welcoming..... service needs a little improvement. Maybe some light music might help, just a little friendly suggestion. Not sure about parking, I parked right in front of the bakery. Baked goods were awesome. We got a confetti cupcake, churro cupcake, red velvet cupcake, Oreo brownie and a cold Spanish latte. EVERYTHING was so good especially the latte..... I will definitely return to this bakery. Cupcakes were perfect, not too sweet.“
“Nice place, great food, delicious pastries, the staff could be more knowledgeable of the items they carry. I used the restroom while there there was no toilet paper on any of the stalls ( maybe because they were soon to close)Overall, we need more Porto's in other cities, delicious.“
“First time and experienced top notch service!!! I love this bread! The rosemary bread is my favorite so far! A great local wholesale bakery in an industrial park behind a shopping center in Santa Fe Springs near Carmenita and Telegraph Road. The community was in love with the wonderful smell in the air that the owner decided to include retail sales.I found out about this bread through The Bee Hive, a wonderful restaurant in Whittier. No more bread from the local supermarket or farmers’market. This is the place to go if you live close by or just want to adventure!“
