“I haven't been here for years to decided to go today. The bread was good , but I have to say this and i'm being honest tomales were horrible the maza was sour and not even that much chicken or pork

“Best doughnuts bar none. The doughnuts are soft, fluffy, and glazed to perfection. The croissant sandwiches are incredible.They have breakfast sandwiches as well as boba. I buy a dozen doughnuts for my office and they all can't get enough. The owners are always kind and friendly. Been coming here for years and I always recommend it. This morning was packed but with their fast friendly service the line went down quickly and with a smile. The owners always wish you luck if you buy a lotto ticket. “Very cute little local dessert place. All the desserts are made fresh. My girlfriend and I were just looking for a sweet treat and found this place. We got a crème brule, a carrot cake, a macaroon and two iced teas. The iced teas are made fresh and then put over ice. They were very good. My gf got a passion fruit one and I got got mint. We would definitely come again. And the workers I think are the owners but they were super nice and even asked us to try the teas before we left to make sure we were happy with them. Would definitely come back“

“The mango cake for my baby shower was absolutely PERFECT! 💕 It wasn’t too sweet, was incredibly fluffy, and was packed with so much fresh mango. Every bite was delicious! 🥭✨
So many of my guests kept asking me where the cake was from because they loved it so much! It was definitely a hit at the baby shower, and I couldn’t have been happier with it.

“Wanted to try a new place after church service for breakfast. Authentic food. Homemade style. Be prepared to speak Spanish when ordering. My cousin said too warm inside. It is a bakery, so heat is probably from ovens. Next time, I will try pan dulce. I ordered bistek con nopalitos. It
was chopped beef with potatoes and nopales. Of course, rice and beans. It was a little disappointing that there were no peas and carrots in the rice. It's still good. Seating a little tight. It's bolted down fast food style chairs with attached table. Buen provecho everyone.“

“My wife and I had a great time visiting Tobara booth when they were set up at the Northridge Farmers market. She wanted to get some dessert for her mom so we looked at what they had. They have different cheesecake, Mexican desserts and so many more.

The prices are reasonable so my wife got the Mexican cheesecake and Estilo Casero for her mom. It is as a man and his son working the booth, they were really nice to use.“
