I have been working for a company for 10yrs that uses Le Chef wholesaler for our Bakery. I can honestly say that 75% of their products are Excellent. But the other 25% is Horrible. The biggest issue in is the Blueberry muffin batter, Cranberry Trio,Lemon and Original Bran but Mostly the Blueberry. It is so thin and runny that it just goes flat instead of rising. You can not shop here unless you have a wholesale account so this review is probably not applicable to most. The products are of professional quality however their prices have been slowly increasing over the years, which now many of the items are not worth the value. The macarons are a great value and super yummy ... however the individual desserts I believe are overpriced. The hospital my fiancé is at stocks the desert cups from leached bakery here. I had the tiramisu and dammmnnnnn !!!! It sooooo sooo soo delicious. Not expecting it to be this good at all but I’m presently surprised. My taste buds are happy right now !
